🎬Just finished watching this drama but still wanting more because even though it's a crime drama, there are lots of comedies so it's not too tense to watch.
A 24-episode crime investigation drama with a story theme about pickpocket crimes directed by Lu Lunchang, written by Wang Xiaoqiang, and starring Guo Jingfei, Zu Feng, Qin Lan, Chen Jingkang, Guo Keyu, Ma Yinyin and many more.
This drama received a fairly high Douban rating of 7.1 and does have a cool storyline.

♦️The storyline is dense and tense.

The story focuses on Licheng Train Station, a place where there are various kinds of people passing by every day which is a "paradise" for thieves.

Guo Pengfei is temporarily assigned to Licheng and joins the anti-pickpocket operation team. In just 12 days, he and his teammates Li Tang, Li Hongqi, and others handle 7 theft cases, each of which is very cleverly designed by a gang of pickpockets.

🌟Strong characters and complex human nature.
One of the interesting things about this drama is its characterization.
Guo Pengfei, (Guo Jingfei) a police officer with high professionalism.
Master Fo, (Zu Feng) is calm and cunning, but shows a warm side at certain times.
Li Xiaolian (Qin Lan), a doctor at the Licheng train station infirmary who is cold and has something hidden in her heart. Her relationship with Master Fo is full of mystery. Each character in this drama is full of layers, they all have their own backgrounds and reasons, which makes the whole story three-dimensional.

🔍Realistic theme.
This drama is not just an ordinary police drama, but also deeply reveals the living conditions of the lower class.
Most of the thieves in this drama commit theft because of poverty so that they can survive, some others because of greed to gain wealth. When watching the drama we feel carried away to feel their hardships, the most heartbreaking is the story of brotherhood between 2 mute thieves who since childhood they have been looked down upon and marginalized from society because of their disabilities. This drama not only has a thrilling storyline, but also has a deep social meaning. If you like suspenseful crime dramas, don't miss this drama. 🚄💨 The last episode indicated that there will be a season 2.

a dark but well-balanced drama that surprised to the upside

if you think about crime dramas, we've seen it all, from specialist fraud units, SVUs, forensics and pathology, major divisions investigating serial murderers, lone-wolf detectives pursuing crime syndicates. in this series, we are introduced to the thoroughly unsexy railway police, whose job it is to deal with pickpockets at the station and thefts on trains. this is not a procedural but a pursuit story starring an ill-favoured demoted detective. it's dark and dirty and features an overlapping network of career crime and petty misdemeanour. generally well-directed and features some tidy editing towards the end when a lot of karmic vengeance is delivered all over the map.

Guo Jingfei particularly delivers a great performance, no notes.

(bonus point if you can spot the actor perhaps best-known as the most un-Lan Lan, grown up and engaging in petty crime, he does credit to what must have been quite a difficult role)

overall thoughts: a slow train ride with veteran actors leading you through a gritty urban landscape.
