Has potential for bring better

Some of the actors I absolutely loved, Jom, Yia, and James. they did a great job with what story they had. I really wanted to learn more about James story line and was disappointed they didn’t expand on it more.

The overall story line was good. I really enjoyed it up until the end. I wanted more of the return to his time and finding Yia and them reflecting back on their journey back to each other. I think the author really missed an opportunity there. their reunion was way to short so vey disappointed in that.

This could easily have more episodes with side stories about the servants, why Robert was abusive, the sisters story etc.

Would I watch it again? No. but I will check out what other drams of the other actors that did enjoy watching.

The haunting of a gentle passionate love

Jom has been haunted his whole life before he even started seeing visions of himself, haunted by the souls and karma that he becomes entangled with from his future past. Unlike the others who move through different lifetimes, Jom seems uniquely caught in the torrent of time within the same life, slipping through, though his gut feeling of familiarity may indicate perhaps a cycle of the same lifetime that's occurred more than once. Perhaps the time slip is triggered by some sort of magic that is tied to his life being endangered and the ancient warrior lifetime version of Yai appears to save him. Answers that won't be answered in this series with the end suggesting another story to fully explore the connection between Jom and warrior Yai and perhaps how even all the 1920s souls around Jom was connected to him from this earlier life time. It's fitting that his first real physical connection is the breath of life that the warrior Yai gives him when pulling him out of the water from 2023 into 1927/1928 into the past where he will meet the 20 year old Khun Yai. While Jom recognizes him as the man in the photos he's seen and the ghostly visions, Yai instantly feels in his heart being pulled towards Jom at first sight.

It's a shame that there's no possibility of Jom having more than one boyfriend because both Yai and James are respectful gentleman green flags from the 1920s that people in the 2020's should emulate. I love how both of them confessed to liking Jom while telling him that there's no pressure or expectations if he doesn't feel the same way. I do like that Jom got to have an intense and real love with Ohm before meeting Yai as well, though it ended poorly. It's interesting that Ohm probably felt indebted in a way to Jom from the past life and the appreciation carried through into a romantic love into the modern life, but Ohm's love and previously interrupted fate with Khaimuk, the reincarnated FongKhaew superseded it. It's still on Ohm for cheating on Jom for maybe the entire two years when he should have broken things off sooner. Both Yai and James even frequent the same secret lgbt friendly club that Yai takes Jom to. James is able to navigate the various social group including with the abusive Robert, which is how he's able to help Jom's group gain the information needed to put Robert and the devious Uncle Dech away.

Though Yai had grown up rich, he has zero haughty airs and is grounded and kind, especially towards his boyfriend. It's helpful that he has his own quote unquote little house that's still a mansion compared to the residences of mere mortals that's far off away from the others where he can live out his romantic life. The depiction of Jom and Yai's intimate moments is truly refreshingly sophisticated in how they express desire and sensuality. A lot if not most queer romance stories conflate maturity with being explicit, which turns into soulless , repetitive actions rather than conveying the feelings of the characters and the progression of their relationship. The olive oil skin care scenes of Jom applying it on Yai's back in tandem with the scene of Jom applying it on himself while thinking back to what happened with Jom technically has nothing explicit happening, but the yearning for each other is powerfully apparent.

Yai is always gently affectionate and respectful with Jom in both actions and words in their everyday life. Always taking care to check that Jom actually wants to do something. The actor for Yai portrayed the depths of love for Jom really well. There is one particular scene where Jom is delivering a heartbreaking monologue of acceptance that though they love each other, Yai has to go through the accepted heteronormative actions of getting engaged to a woman of his parent's choosing and Yai gingerly touches Jom's lips in a way that says how could such sad words be spoken through the lips of the man who is his heart. The actor for Jom is also good at maintaining that line between sweet and cutesy but not childish and also having intelligence.

I wish the show just verbalized if they weren't going to show what in the world Ming saw in their boat that made them flip over, it's so randomly lazy moment in an otherwise story that was made with care, when the character could just exclaim, "a spider!" or anything to facilitate Jom an Khun Yai physically connecting in the water when Yai dives to retrieve him. Ming is the MVP the reason Jom was able to survive long enough to meet Yai, saving this random man from the water and giving him a place to stay and a job intro until Jom is promoted to majerdomo and eventually boyfriend to Yai. Ming is a true friend to gays, going out of his way to help Muey even after finding out she doesn't feel the same way about her and when she was outed. He understands the pain of love is universal after seeing Muey and Jom, two people he cares about a lot suffer.

There's so much trouble that Jom could have avoided if he would just stop hanging out on the pier at night, where so much drama happens. Jom keeps seeing what he shouldn't see and he keeps doing the same thing. It's still understandable that he feels he should go there in case he can gain some understanding in how he time travelled through the water and how he can return. The actors for James and Robert can speak English, but I feel so bad for them for having to deliver what sounds so much like poorly machine translated Thai to English lines. It's a shame that no one advocated on their behalf to edit the lines to make them sound more sensible for speaking. I'm impressed that there didn't seem to be any apparent product placement in the show. You may think a period drama would preclude that, but some may try.

Euengphueng goes from being Jom's sister in law to become his beloved younger sister Jeed. Euengpheung and Fongkaew experienced marital rape and Engpheung also the additional trauma of finding out she was pregnant as a result. I'm glad the show went through with Euengpheung being able to make the decision to abort, even telling her girlfriend Muey she is telling her of her decision because she loves her and is not asking for permission. It's so good to see a woman character get agency in getting an abortion and get to stick with the decision. It's so sadly rare in media depictions. Euengpheung leaves the house with Muey, Fongkaew leaves with her mother without Khamsaen, and Yai goes off to law school in France in that lifetime, but they all return to Jom's life in their next one. A man in modern clothes looking exactly like Yai with his memories appear to to reunite with and hug Jom, but there's no peace for poor Jom, because seemingly no sooner after this moment, Jom in the same clothes awakens to an even more far off past of Thailand to the time of Warrior Yai. It seems like there is a hope and intention to continue the story to explore that part of the romance between their souls and perhaps how Jom got wrapped up in the time travel in the first place, but it's been two years since the show aired as of this review writing. I hope the same leads and production team will get to finish out the story sooner rather than later.

You must go see what you haven't seen

You must go see what you haven't seenYou must go see what you haven't seenYou must go see what you haven't seenSay important things three times!!!I originally wanted to wait until the update was completed before I could catch up, but I couldn't help but watch 11 episodes. Hahahaha, thank you very much to the production team for presenting us with an excellent and beautiful play. The scenes, costumes, music, and other aspects of the play are all just right. It's really a very, very, very beautiful play. I don't know how to describe it anymore. Bright and Nonkul are really like walking out of a book, their acting skills are really amazing. They have played the roles of Khun Yai and Jom, and their relationship is really loving. I am truly moved by their relationship. Watching them develop step by step is really exciting (there are many exciting parts in the drama that make people crash into bed). Thank you very much to the director and production team for showing me a different BL drama. It's really, really, really beautiful. For those of you who haven't seen it before, you must go and watch it!!!! Thank you again to the director. The visuals are really beautiful, just like a pictorial newspaper. Any screenshot can be used as a wallpaper. I really hope to have a second installment and look forward to future development. Thank you also to the production team, everyone behind the scenes has contributed to creating this drama for us. I don't know what kind of visual experience the 12 episodes will bring, I hope I won't cry too hard.

It feels like you're being transported into a storybook

It feels like you're being transported into a storybook. You go along piecing together the history through sketches that the main character (Jom) finds in an old house in present day Thailand. But it's just sketches with no context. It has no value to those outside the story.

When Jom gets into a car accident, he wakes up in the 1930s. As you are watching, you arent sure what is real anymore because Jom toes the line between past and present. But, maybe it's all a dream and all in his imagination? But, the scenes look familiar and you realize he is playing out the story behind those sketches and my gosh IT IS A BEAUTIFUL STORY.

It feels so nice watching a drama with characters who are genuinely good. (Even though I do like my share of toxicity at times). But both Jom and Yai wear their hearts on their sleeves. They love fully and earnestly and that is so refreshing to see. And my gosh Im only 6 episodes in and I know this is going to destroy me and Im going to end up sobbing. But, do yourself a favor and watch this show!!! Anytime I see these two on screen, I get immediate butterflies. They perfectly portray the feeling of falling in love.

I don't understand the high ratings

I wanted to love this show so, so badly!

And I did love certain things about it — I agree that the cinematography, much of the acting, and parts of the story are wonderful. The instrumental parts of the soundtrack are perfectly made, like the tone of the intro song.

However, this show pushed my melodrama tolerance to the absolute limit. Not only that, but I felt it ruined every single poignantly emotional moment it set up. Despite an often glacial pace, it did not let us sit with any of the high or low points.

I also really disliked the master/servant dynamic for both main relationships. I hated that even once they were lovers, our main character still had to make the bed and fetch things for his love out of duty and not choice.

I am honestly angry because of the immense potential and positives of the show and confused about the extremely high ratings. I could write for 100 years about the particularities of this show and why I felt it fell short or didn't work for me... but, I'll simply leave you with these warnings. Caveat emptor!

Not the best BL series 2023 by far...

What I like:
production quality
costumes
music
most acting

What I dislike:
The ending; yes it's fantasy and so on, but it's not believable.
Jom - he is sometimes docile, sometimes mature. Only in the finale after "returning" he is much more believable.
Stereotype evil Robert, he is too plain, just a 08/15 bad character from one of the cheap novels published every week, no depth, no other side of him, just 10 pages worth of the 60 pages.
Story-Plotholes: While Yai falling in love was shown for a long time, Jom just did it out of the blue, overcoming his trauma from ep 1 in a blink of an eye. To be gay in early 20th century was by far not as easy as it's depicted in this story. Yai confesses he loves Jom and the father was relativly mild., compared to other series where the family explodes even today. There were always exceptions to the rule but it makes this point of the story not believable.
Pacing: After Robert is removed from the series everything is dragged on an on which made me skip some scenes.
Yai with silly Mustache

Summary:
While the production quality was top notch, music was very fitting, the acting overall very good, the setting something unique, the ending unbelievable and the preview of a second season unnecessary, this show is a mixed bag. Jom should have been more struggeling and maybe slowly falling in love in episode 7 with the first spicy scene in episode 8. But of course they could have paced the show faster with some serene scenes inbetween. If there is a second season I hope they will not repeat the same mistakes they did this time where script and direction was sometimes weak.

AN ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE FROM TEE BUNDIT & RAHAT HATSAMANAT!!

This series stands out as a unique entry in the Thai BL genre, blending elements of science fiction, fantasy and historical narrative in a way that is rarely seen. It explores the intriguing concept of time travel, utilizing a wormhole to transport characters from the present to the past, which naturally introduces historical themes. Set in the picturesque northern city of Chiang Mai rather than the bustling Krung Thep, the series employs a distinct northern Thai dialect, setting it apart from the more commonly heard language in other BL series. While I may not be an expert in Thai linguistics, the differences are palpable to any devoted fan of the genre. The cultural richness is further enhanced by its exploration of northern Thai history, vividly depicted through traditional attire and cuisine. I still chuckle at the scene in Episode 2 where Por Jom encounters dishes like Rotten Meat, Nam Prik Num, Spicy Frog Salad, and even the steamed curry made from pig's brain, a favorite food of Ming, showcasing the region's culinary quirks. Additionally, the architectural design reflects the elegance of the 1920s, merging British and northern Thai styles, with the stunning House of Palathip and its riverside veranda evoking a bygone era when waterways served as vital thoroughfares. This historical approach to the BL narrative is indeed a rarity, making it a refreshing addition to contemporary offerings.

THE NOVEL Itself
In exploring this extraordinary series, it is essential to examine its foundational narrative, particularly as presented in the novel by Violet Rain. This literary work emerges as a breathtaking masterpiece, intricately weaving a story that transcends conventional notions of love. It delves into the deep and often overlooked bonds between individuals of the same gender, primarily focusing on male-to-male relationships, while also elegantly depicting the love shared among women and the intricate dynamics inherent in master-servant interactions. The plot unfolds through the experiences of a daughter sold into servitude, whose life becomes intertwined with that of a British officer and his Northern Thai lover. This narrative creates a rich tapestry that spans both contemporary and historical contexts, inviting reflections on the concept of reincarnation. The theme of reincarnation is artfully interwoven throughout the story, as illustrated by the love stories of Por Jom's former boyfriend and his fiancée, alongside the poignant narratives of Por Jom's sister and Uncle Tan's son. As Por Jom navigates various timelines, he encounters a host of characters, including Commander Yai, Khun Yai, Ohm, Fong Kaew, Kaeng San, and Eeng Peung, all of whom are intricately linked to his past experiences. Ultimately, "I Feel You Linger In The Air" serves as a profound exploration of the intricacies of love and yearning, set against a backdrop of ethereal beauty and emotional depth. The narrative unfolds through a series of vivid, sensory experiences that evoke nostalgia, capturing the ephemeral moments that linger in both mind and heart. Central to this tale is the theme of connection, as characters navigate the delicate balance between presence and absence, illustrating how love can transcend physical limitations. The setting plays a pivotal role, with lush landscapes and atmospheric details that amplify the emotional resonance, crafting a world where every element feels vibrantly alive and intricately intertwined with the characters' emotional journeys. The writing is lush and poetic, skillfully utilizing metaphor and vivid imagery to express deep emotional currents, inviting readers to delve into the rich inner lives of the characters. Each character is meticulously crafted, representing distinct viewpoints on themes of love, grief, and the relentless march of time, which adds a profound depth to their relationships. The narrative unfolds in a non-linear fashion, intertwining past and present in a way that illustrates how memories influence current experiences and shape future decisions. Throughout the text, symbolism plays a significant role, with recurring themes that highlight the fleeting nature of existence and the lasting significance of treasured moments. The story reaches an emotional zenith that is both purging and contemplative, encouraging readers to reflect on their own journeys of love and the enduring impressions it leaves behind. Ultimately, I Feel You Linger In The Air beckons readers to appreciate the beauty found in ephemeral connections, celebrating the remarkable ways in which love can resonate long after it has slipped from sight. I will refrain from divulging further details, as the true enchantment lies in your personal exploration of this mesmerizing narrative.

THE PRODUCTION
The Production of this series is nothing short of a triumph, showcasing the exceptional talents of Tee Bundit and Rahat Hatsamanat. Their previous works, including Jack & Joker, My Stand In, Lovely Writer, Hidden Agenda, Step by Step, and the iconic TharnType, exemplify their mastery in creating compelling narratives with exquisite mise-en-scène, skillful cinematography, and meticulous editing. Each scene is captured with precision, while the thoughtfully selected sound design enhances the overall experience. In particular, the production of 'I Feel You Linger in The Air' is characterized by a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the series reflects a high standard of quality and artistry. A diverse and talented cast has been assembled, featuring actors who bring depth and authenticity to their roles, enhancing the emotional resonance of the narrative. All of this is the reason why I hold Tee Bundit’s work in such high regard, while eagerly anticipating his latest project, Knock Out the Series.

STORYLINE, SCRIPT & PERFORMANCES
Regarding the Storyline and Script, while certain minor elements deviate from the original novel, the overall execution remains commendable. Although some aspects that could have been improved from the novel are absent in the series, this does not detract from the narrative's integrity. The carefully crafted script effectively conveys the essence of the story, addressing any potential shortcomings seamlessly. Having read the novel, I can identify minor weaknesses that may be present in the adaptation, yet they are insignificant in the grand scheme. To delve further on this aspect, The series 'I Feel You Linger in The Air' captivates audiences with its intricately woven storyline, showcasing a masterful blend of emotional depth and cultural nuances that resonate profoundly with viewers. The script is a testament to exceptional writing, featuring eloquent dialogue that not only advances the plot but also enriches character development, allowing for a deeper connection with the audience. Each episode unfolds with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every scene contributes meaningfully to the overarching narrative, creating a tapestry of interconnected themes and motifs. The performances delivered by the cast are nothing short of extraordinary, with each actor embodying their role with a level of authenticity that elevates the series to new heights. A standout performance comes from Bright Rapheephong and Nonkul Chanon, whose portrayal of the complex protagonist is both nuanced and compelling, capturing the character's internal struggles and triumphs with remarkable finesse. Each performance from both of them are a testament to their dedication, with their portrayals bringing authenticity and nuance to the narrative, elevating the series to a realm of artistic excellence. A highlight example of this brilliance can be found in Episode 5, where Por Jom confronts a pivotal moment of self-discovery, showcasing a range of emotions from vulnerability to strength. In this episode, Nonkul Chanon's ability to convey subtle shifts in expression and tone creates a powerful connection with the audience, making the scene both heart-wrenching and uplifting. What I like in this scene is after the drawing end, there's a moment that gives me a little bit eerie feeling, while indulging in further mystery and supernatural element eventhough I know that at this particular moment, Por Jom will eventually know what exactly happen yet this particular scene is intended to gives an eerie yet mystery and supernatural vibes in myself. This also further elevated by the sound added in the background which totally giving out a great mise-en scene. The supporting cast also shines, particularly in their interactions with the lead, adding layers of complexity to the storyline and enhancing the overall viewing experience. The cinematography complements the performances beautifully, with each frame meticulously designed to reflect the emotional landscape of the characters, further immersing viewers in their world. The series does not shy away from exploring difficult themes, and the actors handle these moments with grace, ensuring that the narrative remains both impactful and thought-provoking. The chemistry among the cast is palpable, creating a dynamic that feels both authentic and engaging, drawing viewers deeper into the unfolding drama while enhancing the emotional stakes of the story and allowing for moments of genuine connection that linger long after the credits roll. Cinematic techniques, such as lighting and camera angles, are employed with precision, further amplifying the performances and adding layers of meaning to the visual storytelling. The series also excels in its ability to tackle profound themes, such as love, loss, and identity, inviting viewers to reflect on their own experiences while being immersed in the characters' journeys. The production design is lavish, with meticulously crafted sets that transport viewers into the world of the narrative, enriching the overall viewing experience and adding to the series' luxurious aesthetic. Overall, 'I Feel You Linger in The Air' stands as a paragon of excellence in contemporary television, where the synergy of a brilliant script, meticulous storytelling, and stellar performances culminate in a truly unforgettable experience.

TO SUM IT UP,
This series is a stunning blend of fantasy, Sci-Fi and historical elements, showcasing a remarkable storyline complemented by a well-crafted script, exquisite cinematography, and impressive CGI. The sound design and original soundtrack further enhance the viewing experience, making it a true masterpiece. In overall, this series intricately weaves a narrative that explores the profound connections between love, loss, and the ethereal nature of human emotions, leaving viewers captivated by its depth and sensitivity. One of the most memorable scenes in my opinion occurs in Episode 5, where the protagonists share a poignant moment under a starlit sky, symbolizing their unspoken bond and the weight of their unfulfilled desires, creating an atmosphere of both beauty and melancholy. while the authenticity of the characters is highlighted in Episode 3, where a heartfelt conversation reveals their vulnerabilities, allowing the audience to connect deeply with their struggles and aspirations, making it a standout moment in the series. In addition, Episode 7 features a breathtaking visual sequence that captures the essence of longing, as the characters navigate through a vibrant marketplace, filled with colors and sounds that mirror their emotional turmoil, enhancing the overall narrative. The brilliance of the writing which gives long-lasting memory in my view are shines in Episode 2, where poetic dialogues encapsulate the essence of love and memory, leaving a lasting impression on viewers and elevating the series to a work of art. There is also a particularly beautiful scene in Episode 6 showcases a dance between the main characters, set against a backdrop of soft candlelight, symbolizing their fleeting moments of joy amidst the chaos of their lives, creating an unforgettable visual experience. The series masterfully employs symbolism, as seen in Episode 4, where recurring motifs of nature, such as blooming flowers and changing seasons, reflect the characters' emotional journeys, adding layers of meaning to the narrative. Where as Episode 8 culminates in a heart-wrenching climax that challenges the characters' beliefs about love and sacrifice, leaving viewers in a state of reflection and admiration for the complexity of human relationships. The cinematography throughout the series is nothing short of exquisite, with each frame meticulously crafted to evoke emotions, making even the simplest moments resonate with profound significance. Ultimately, "I Feel You Linger in The Air" stands as a testament to the beauty of storytelling, with its authentic portrayal of love and loss, ensuring that its most memorable scenes will linger in the hearts of viewers long after the final credits roll. For those who have yet to experience it, I highly recommend diving into this series. While some may find the pacing a bit slow, especially given its historical context, I encourage viewers to savor the rich mise-en-scène. The ending may leave some feeling perplexed, but that’s part of the allure; the intricacies are likely to be unraveled in the anticipated second season, though its release date remains uncertain. For those eager to delve deeper, the novel offers a more comprehensive understanding of the plot.

P/s: Personally, one of my favorite moments is when Khun Yai, after a house party at his parents' home, becomes intoxicated and recites a beautiful poem by Phraya Sisunthonwohan to Por Jom, which remains one of the most exquisite pieces of Thai poetry I have ever encountered.

"mâi mao lâo láew dtàe rao yang mao rák
sùt jà hàk hâam jìt kít chà-năi
tĕung mao lâo cháo săai gôr hăai bpai
dtàe mao jai née bprà-jam túk kâm keun ฯ"

"Not a drop of liquor to interfere, drunk on love's celestial bliss
I've tried to resist this sweet intoxication
no matter how drunk I am, sobriety comes with the morning light
Drunk on love, my heart undone every night."

P/S: I guess this is the most longer review I've ever done 😂😅🙏🏻🙌🏻

Left lingering in the air

Hey uhh.. So what did they put in this? You could not have ripped me away from that first episode if you tied me to the back of an F1 car. Didn’t have the time for notes in the beginning. Didn’t really have the time to function. That was actually insane. Why have I never heard of this show?

Production/Cinematography:

Obviously takes the cake. No, no. The whole fucking bakery. Holy shit, my guy, that was amazing. The first episode was just such a masterpiece. An absolute work of art. Then of course the color choices in the filter for the past was utter perfection. I was blown away entirely by both the production and the choices made in the cinematography of this show. BRAVO.

Acting:

I’ll start with my main issue and that was I shouldn’t be crying THAT much more than the actors when their characters are the ones going through it. That applies less to Nonkul than it does to Bright, but there was an overall lack of proper portrayal of devastation that the situations faced by many of the characters were lacking. That being said, I don’t think the acting overall was horrendous or anything like that. I just think that they could have been directed to do a bit more in acting out some of the scenes. Guide was so good as Ming and I think the women, Alee, June, and Tian, and Pure, did a great job with their roles. Nonkul was fantastic in acting out his confusion and Bright really became a clueless little young master struggling with having to hide who he is and wants.

Writing:

It was a damn good story overall. I really want to read the novel now like sooo bad to see what was left out because I definitely was left wanting more. The ending was… well… it was an ending and also not? I really did not like the reunion between our Jom and young master Yai. I was expecting something far different. Like, what do you mean “Are you calling for me, Jom? I’ve always been here waiting.” Like huh? So many questions. And who owns the house? Why did she give you the key? Where has Yai been all this time? Did he like wake up one day and was like, I gotta go to that house? Did he always have that feeling/the knowledge of the past? Why was the chest in that beat up house? Why was the house so old and beat up? Is this like a long line of Yais or is it (a much better imo) story of amore random reincarnation? I needed much more than what they gave. I was looking at that dwindling run time with tears streaming down my face asking, “huh?”.

Chemsitry/Romance/Kissing:

Pretty good chemistry, not off the charts or anything though. They were cute and portrayed love and affection together quite well, but it didn’t blow me away. This is an amazing romance story, I love a bittersweet time travel story and reincarnation adds a cherry on top of that angsty sundae. The kissing was very well done. They were chaste when it called for it and devouring each other in a realistic, not overly frantic manner when it called for it. Some actors go a little too fast and frantic to the point where I’m questioning if they’ve ever made out with someone before, but these two did a lovely job with it. Love a good kiss in the rain, too.

NC Scenes:

They were all very intimate and emotional which fit the mood with the story well. I loved how Nonkul portrayed how Jom was grappling with having desire for another person after all that time apart-but-together with the same person alongside his obvious desire for release in the moment after the oil scene. And it was all without any dialogue, really impressive to see. The last NC scene was really beautifully done and I think we got the best portrayal of Yai struggling with his emotions from Bright in that scene as well.

Music/SFX:

Instrumentals were fantastic throughout. The first episode was just such a masterpiece in every way and the music is a huge part of that. However, the show would have had more impact if they stuck to instrumentals instead of adding the corny lyric songs. SFX were great for the most part. Only thing I will note is the bird sounds in like two of the scenes were super distracting because they somehow matched the timing of when the characters were talking for some reason and that felt both unnatural and off.

Definitely would have been better with a better, more understandable reunion. It was giving the reunion between Chi Cheng and Wei Wei from Revenged Love… Like WHERE IS MY DIET DR KELP sort of situation. I still want more though. Like give me everything you have and more right now or so help me. How are you gonna leave me with that ending??? WAAHHHH

Now, for some highlights from my notes:

- If Robert is unscathed at the end of this show I’m deducting at least 3 stars
- A lot of plot setup going on here
- Not the dandy men conversing in some proper english lmao
- Much to do about pigs
- James needs to step off
- Ms. Mama’s servant lady is stressing over this gay boy rn
- Oh my god more plot setup happening, is this One Piece?
- Damn caddy bitches everywhere around here huh
- Lmao @ that e-girl blush on Ming
- Bro is testing the gay waters lol
- Idk why but I’m suddenly smelling an arranged marriage. There’s a stench of fiancée in the air
- No shot that kid is theirs tho he’s like 8, unless Ma was real late with her menopause
- “Not a drop of liquor to interferer, drunk on love’s celestial bliss. I’ve tried to resist this sweet intoxication. No matter how drunk I am, sobriety comes with the morning light. Drunk on love, my heart undone every night.”
- Babygirl SNOOPING?? Tsk tsk
- Babygirl misunderstanding
- Babygirl sulking
- “I’m a lone wolf” he says. Okay, young master. Whatever you say, young master.
- Ep 06 - 00:39:23 what is that little snack I am so curious so cute
- Sorry I doubted you, Mr. James… What a gem
- *Kiss me beneath the milky twilight*
- Jom got that natural aegyo going on
- Collecting all the letters of the LGBTQs-type drama that’s what I like to SEE
- Young master looks so dapper in that clean tux
- Ming’s e-girl blush returnsss
- Ming, buddy. That’s the wrong tree. But hey, it’s a big forest…
- That smell is back… Looks like they call is Bussabong around here
- Really thought we were gonna get a touching serenade there for a minute
- *I’d like to make myself believe*
- Unc been sus since day 1
- Lmao not the hoop and stick
- Ming e-girl blush pt III
- Mr. James on the sceneeee
- I just know that green diva queen is gonna step on the mf scene
- Bro this dinner party is so dramatic but you bet your ass imma still eat it up
- Noooo you’re jooooking she’s nooot nooo pleeeease this poor woman has been through enough
- “I’ll only be gone for a few years” is WILD. Young master is way too chill about this situation for me. A FEW YEARS? No shot, my guy.
- I’m getting flashbacks to when my mom showed me Somewhere in Time (1980)...
- *We're goin' down. And you know that we're doomed. My dear, we're slow dancin' in a burnin' room. I was the one you always dreamed of, you were the one I tried to draw. How dare you say it's nothin' to me? Baby, you're the only light I ever saw. I'll make the most of all the sadness*
- It’s the STACHE MUSTACHIO YOUNG MASTER
- Lmao at the english translation being Bon Voyage and not like “safe travels”
- The spidey senses… They’re tingling…
- It would be p funny if there was 40 minutes of credits instead of them reuniting
- Oof now you gotta deal with totalling your car and the city damages from that bridge which may lead to some issues with the law and definitely will lead to your insurance getting slammed and on top of that I sure hope you’ve sobered up bc you absolutely want to avoid that potential dui charge and let’s hope you got rid of that head wound
- Bro if Ming isn’t at the door rn I’m gonna be very upset with you
- Eww, I’m upset and grossed out fr why are you guys here
- “With the matter of time, I might already be your past. But, for me, you are my future.” STOOP I can’t DO IT
- Ngl not the reunion I was looking for
- I have so many questions and there is not enough run time left to answer them
- A tid bit befuddled, I must admit
- Now hold on
- Huh?

Every reincarnation of Yai has a short time with the love of their life, only to lose them and have to live and die alone. Making a playlist sobbing rn. Reincarnation trope always hurts so good.

Another thing I love about this series is that every episode was long and felt like a movie every actor that played in the series did a great job and that’s very rare to say truth me
10/10 across the board !

Finally!!

This is the first show I have heard everyone say it's amazing that actually lives up to the hype! The story was amazing, the cast was amazing!! This show will now live in my top five right along with Until we meet again. Seriously stop reading reviews and go watch it! I promise you will not be disappointed. It took me forever to find somewhere to watch it but after a lot of searching I finally found it on KissAsian. Lots of pop up ads but one hundred percent worth it. Can't find the special episode but apparently no one can find it.

Give me the season 2 and watch it to experience the art of classic

Where to begin the series was perfect only problem it had was confusing ending and not confirming the season 2 even though it's been months after it aired.
Acting was good the character development was given to almost all characters introduced but it had ending moved towards to feel more of a sad but they had a twist to the end which is like what the dash is happening in the screen.
It had wibe of kdrama like mr.queen or the scarlet love so if like those wonder what will happen if it's bl here the show. Also the ending is a open door so don't watch if have anxiety problem.
