Both have CEO FLs with a tough past who fall in love with their subordinates. Both MLs are gentle, kind, and patient and move at FL's pace. They're competent employees and loyal and protective of the women they love. Encounter is more melodramatic and has an age gap romance, but gives that same mature love vibe.

While the characters and plot aren't as similar, the overarching feel and romance of the dramas, along with the level of tension/climax are similar.

In both of these romcom dramas, the FL is highly successful at her job, but terrible at other life skills such as housekeeping and cooking. The ML (a hired assistant in one, a co-worker in the other) helps her out around the house.

Both series deals with HR departments. While in 'Love Scout' the female lead is a CEO of a search firm, the female lead in 'On the Verge of Insanity' is the head of HR department in a company. The core setting of the story centered around HR departments is similar and would be not that far of a stretch from Love Scout.
