Yeong Ju, who is focused on adjusting to her new job, grows tired of the constant complaints of her boyfriend, Jae Yun, who's serving in the anti-aircraft unit at 77 A Tower. She breaks up with Jae Yun, and he accepts the breakup with a heartfelt voice message. Upon hearing this, Yeong Ju heads to the tower to meet Jae Yun, but on her way there, she encounters an unexpected incident.

I loved the comedy in between while introducing characters especially the soldiers. Jaeyoon is in military, anxious to meet his girlfriend youngjoo. While youngjoo cant talk to him due to his service hours make her doubt their relationship

First episode showing the background of the main characters. Introducing the relationship of both MCs, but it didnt get elaborated that much, so I cant feel their connection that much. But we`ve to see next ep tho

This isn’t a melodramatic thriller, so there’s no need to compare it to anything outside the comedy-horror genre.From the very beginning, the visuals and music clearly set a comedic tone, so anyone with common sense would expect a lighthearted approach. Given the overall feel of the drama, I didn’t expect the zombies to be this terrifying!I really like how the female lead strikes a balance—she’s neither overly bold to force a "strong woman" image nor too timid to appear fragile. The male lead is hilarious, and let’s be real, pretty girls often prefer funny guys. Plus, he steps up and shows a bit of leadership when the zombie chaos begins.The first episode focused too much on the military side, which wasn’t my favorite part. I’m watching this for the female leads, but with only two of them in separate storylines, it felt a bit lacking. I hope the next six episodes give equal focus to the main leads and minimize the army subplot—I honestly don’t care about old men panicking over martial law.

I already watched ep 1. The story line is so good and very interesting. It is mix of zombie and romance comedy (zomromcom). The casts are really good in acting. Especially Park Jeong Min and Jisoo. Jisoo can act well. She is really fit with her character. Can't wait for another episode.

Zombie and comedy??? The plot is also quite interesting and very unusual. It's different from other zombie series definitely, It is good and beyond my expection ! all cast did a great job. Jisoo acting is very natural and Park Jeongmin is really a good actor. They chemistry are good! My dramatic couple hahahaha OMG!! Can’t wait for another crumbs Jisoo and Jeongmin! The production and plot is also great. It was only 2 episode but I am so excited for the upcoming episodes of Newtopia.

First episode is for plot building so it's a bit slow placed. I know people expect there to be zombies attacking in the first episode itself but that won't be happening here. Let the story build.

Finally actress jisoo is back , I started 2025 kdrama with newtopia and I can say it's worth watching. I've to wait 2 minutes 51 sec to see Jisoo in on screen . Both leads are amazing.

It is good and beyond my expection ! Jeongmin JISOO and all cast did a great job and the production and plot is also great. The flow of plot is fast and fun. It really worth to watch. Comedy and zombie together seems fresh and fun combination so I am looking forward to more episodes. Also JISOO is so pretty and her acting is very natural. Her acting is really good and you will not believe she just formally star in two series. Park Jeongmin is a good actor I know him already but he is also really good. Other co-stars all did a great job. The horizontal and vertical moving of scenes also make senses.
