Reunited.
From beginning untill the end, it was confusing. It could have been a beautiful love story, but it wasn't.The ML loved the FL so much that he could not bear to be without her. He felt guilty , because he didn't protect her as well as he wanted. A high priest granted him a second chance to do better.
I wanted to know the ending. If it weren't for the handsome ML, I would have stopped watching after a few episodes.
It was a mess and that is an understatement.
In the end I was angry for wasting my time. The ending was so bad, I don't even want to watch Chinese drama's anymore. That's how disappointed I am.

average plot, great acting
it is about a second chance.the king pleaded a master to 'rewind' his life. sort of giving him a 2nd chance to repeat his life with his dead wife.
the plot is average, but both lead actors did amazing potraying the emotions of their characters especially the male lead.
there is tiny bit of comedy here and there in which kind of relieve the tension from the depressing court dramas.
the ending is bad. but their is a continuation of this drama released in 2024 called Chasing Love, so no need to be sad nor depressed yet.
