IMITATION was so gooood!!!
I really loved the first episode and I thought that Yunho was so great! Jongho's acting was immaculate! I cannot wait for further episodes! Truly 10 out of 10. I have been so excited. I just hope that Maha ends up with Yujin or else im going to throw myslef out a window! Hahahaha jkjkjk If you havnt started watching Imitation yet, I recommend it highly. It has encouraged me to learn Korean because not all of it has subtitles (Im hoping thats a hard YET) BUT you should watch it nevertheless. Yunho in this omggggggggggggggggggggggggggg (lol im just trying to write enough characters for "them" to let me post my review) Congratulations to Yunho, Jongho, San, and Seonghwa! Even though San's part was small, his acting was actually pretty good, Im impressed! So great, so great. Im sure that it is going to get better and better with time.Was this review helpful to you?
I wanna add that I like how this webtoon/show portrays idol life bc some of stuff most likely happens. As the drama goes on, more will be revealed so I really want to see how they show these issues.

Only 2 eps r released till now..... i wasn't really expecting much,, but when i watched the eps its actually better than expected.... uhmm... or u can say I ACTUALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH❤HEHE,,... The female lead character, maha is CUTE, (good luck to teaparty!! i'm rooting for u girls!!!)& 2nd male lead, YUJIN looks CUTEST in hoodies!!!😭😭🤧 (don't hurt my baby pls💔💔)
it also shows how entertainment industry works(which is INTERESTING)

the story is slightly different from the original webtoon (for which i'm very much thankful i like the drama story better) So far, ITS GOOD,, i looking forward to next eps!!!😄

Best teen drama ive watched and its only ep 1??!!
I have been a Korean drama fan since 2010 and I have watched almost all teen k dramas and this has been so impactful to me. Most Korean drama fans would also know how hard it is to survive in the kpop industry. Even BTS struggled before they gained fame and this drama and webtoon highlighted those parts really well with a sense of humor and touch of romance.I enjoyed the first ep so much I have already watched it 5 times. I'm waiting for the next ep as well as more performances on youtube !!

Reality of the music and k-pop industry is shown well in this drama
I hope all KPOP fans watch this drama to know how much their favs have struggled and the things they had to go through before debuting. I love that they followed the webtoon too!I enjoyed Tea Party's Show Me and SHAX's MALO as well! They were really well-produced ~! I can't wait for Sparkling and LaLima's release, I know they are going to be lit just by listening to their previews. I hope this drama received more love as its showing us the reality which many of us are not aware of. I also felt that how MAHA is portrayed here is exactly the same as the character in the webtoon. I enjoyed her scenes with Yujin, it was heartbreaking to know that they won't end up together, He really acted well and I hope to see him in more dramas in the future. Another person who caught my eyes was Hyuk, the maknae of SHAX. His red hair and cute personality was really adorable to watch (I rewatched those parts many times)
All in all, it was a great start to the drama!!

I watched chapter one together with my sister and now we can't wait for the next one,You can see how hard they worked, and how much the idols and actors prepared. raised a tip of the veil
I love dramas, the actors worked very well, considering the story is not even 1% of everything that goes on in this industry, in my view they uncovered a tiny edge of the veil in what really goes on in the entertainment industry. For when it is, that someone acts with courage to do something seriously about this rot that is the world of intertainment.I am very sorry that someone does not have the courage to tell everything that beginners go through before they reach idols. (hunger, cruelty, in many cases by older colleagues, shame, sleep deprivation, exhaustion, crazy diets because of weight , deprivation of seeing the family, abuses of all kinds, maniacal fans , because the entertainment industries do not care in the least in applying the laws in defense of their idols lack of private life, etc. etc., etc.,They only think about money, money and money, there is no longer integrity, honesty, humanity and transparency in their actions.Was this review helpful to you?
Empezo bien, termino meh
Cuando el drama arranco con la presión que los idols tienen que sufrir para llegar a donde estan, los problemas que trae y como sufren los que no alcanzan este sueño me atrapo casi que sin querer porque me encontré empezando el drama muy tarde en la noche pero sin darme cuenta ya había mirado casi media historia pero a medida que avanza todo empieza a decaer y siento que no se da el peso que era necesario. Me pareció muy interesante el recorrido de tea party desde que era omega 3 hasta que pudieron debutar, ese sube y baja de emociones que pasaron ellas me lo hicieron sentir y creo que este fue el punto mas fuerte del drama.En fin, no es el mejor de los dramas pero da una vista que creo q cada vez es mas conocida de la realidad de ser un idol y como estos chicos se apuestan la vida por este sueño en una sociedad tan competitiva como lo es la de corea del sur.
(Abro un paréntesis para hablar de jung ji so, personalmente en este drama la adore, ya la conocía de otros drama como the cursed y doom at your service pero en este como principal pudo demostrar todo lo que tiene y espero muchos proyectos de ella. Alguien mas encuentra un parecido entre ella y jang na ra? porque no pude dejar de notarlo en todo el drama osea hasta su forma de llorar me recordó a ella, también me parece muy pero muy cute pero también la veo en algunas escenas como por ejemplo cuando se vuelve caminando cuando trabajo de extra en la primer película que participa y sino supiera que es ella creería que tiene entre 12-15 años jaja)

J'ai adoré ce drama (regardé d'une traite) qui décrit si bien l'univers impitoyable de l'industrie coréenne du divertissement (la face cachée de la Vague Coréenne).L'histoire, assez sombre, est super bien construite, avec des moments d'humour, d'émotions, des performances superbes, heureusement agrémentée de très jolies romances.
Les artistes (idoles) nous font vivre un moment formidable et le message, humaniste et optimiste, sans compter ❤❤❤ Jun ❤❤❤, qui est absolument génial du début à la fin.
Bref, ne passez pas à côté de cette perle (à voir et certainement, à revoir) !

Imitation (2021) foi uma boa surpresa, e eu gostei bastante! Dei nota 8 porque, mesmo não sendo a melhor história do mundo, ela conseguiu entregar um enredo envolvente e personagens que conquistaram. Não é justo dizer que é uma série péssima, porque ela tem seu charme e momentos muito bons.A trama aborda os bastidores do mundo idol de forma interessante, trazendo à tona as lutas, os sacrifícios e os desafios que esses artistas enfrentam. Claro, nem tudo é super profundo ou inovador, mas ainda assim, conseguiu passar mensagens importantes e criar empatia pelos personagens.
O elenco foi um dos grandes destaques. A química entre os protagonistas e o desenvolvimento de suas histórias pessoais mantiveram a narrativa cativante. Além disso, os conflitos entre os grupos e as pressões do mercado musical deram um toque de realidade à série, o que foi um diferencial.
Embora tenha alguns clichês e momentos previsíveis, Imitation é aquele tipo de dorama que você assiste sem grandes expectativas, mas que acaba te envolvendo. No final, fiquei satisfeita com a forma como a história foi conduzida. Não é perfeito, mas está longe de ser ruim. Para quem gosta de um drama com romance e toques de realidade sobre a vida dos idols, é uma ótima recomendação!
