Both are Thai horror dramas that have some supernatural elements. In Girl from Nowhere, the main character is a girl that is a supernatural entity that punishes all the wicked students. Meanwhile, in Dead Friend Forever, the main character is a boy that is missing/dead and everyone of his classmates involved in his misery/death is punished for it.

Similar themes of what is the afterlife, spiritual awakening, and revenge from another level.
The only difference is ThirTEEN Terrors is an anthology, with 13 different stories.

Zomvivor and Dead Friend Forever - DFF are horror dramas that are about upper secondary (high school) students and their attempts at survival. Neither are for the feint of heart.

While both are suspenseful shows, Zomvivor is with Zombies whereas Dead Friend Forever is an unknown entity that gradually is revealed.

Both are Thai productions with large main casts.
