Dawn Is Breaking Episode 28

Lu Zhu hands a secret note to Xie Wan Yin. She goes to meet its sender, who turns out to be Pei Che. He is now the new Khan of Dafeng, Wanyan Che. He presents to Xie the set of Li Chi's letters with the old Khan to repay her kindness in saving him. Xie accepts the gift but will repay him in kind in future as she doesn't want to be indebted to him. She adds that her jealous husband won't be happy with her if she keeps too many such debtor relationships. Dongfang Zui appears after she leaves the place and helps Wanyan Che escape from his pursuers. Angry upon finding out that Na Jin Ci is still alive, Li Chi goes to Xie Wan Yin and tries to force himself on Xie. Lu Zhu stabs Li Chi and ends up being killed by his men. Dongfang Zui saves Xie Ting Han from further torture and arranges his getaway. Meantime, Li Chi feeds poison to the Emperor and forces him to hand over his seal.
