Caught under the rain, Khun Nueng brings Anueng to her apartment. Aneung shares that she was born prematurely when her teen mother tried to abort her, which explains her poor health and why she hasn’t graduated yet. Anueng’s grandmother finds the portraits Nueng drew and burns them, assuming they were from a male admirer.
