My mind couldn't focus either and I felt empty and uninterested to what I was seeing on screen..I still ended up back here again..😭😂 It's been more than a week and my addiction to them is still at 100%..omg😭 and the worst part is that I end up craving more, wanting more and even missing them more.. 😭😂 The struggles are real..ngl

Dragging myself through Episode 24 of Shine On Me, how is it possible for two good looking, talented actors to have absolutely zero chemistry and for an entire team to create such a tepid bland series! It is not even a slow burn frankly! I find myself constantly comparing it to snowstorm of love, it is falling too short! This cannot possibly be only the after effects of SAL because I am able to re-watch random episodes and STILL feel the butterflies with JinMu!!!

I can’t comment on SOM because I have not started it but SAL’s chemistry is something else though! That’s why many of us are stuck here because it’s hard to find any other show that has this explosive chemistry and very natural as well. I have been watching dramas for a long time and this one just hit differently.

For bad boy/soft girl drama is Lesson In Love. Altho the Fl was not that soft but their dynamics is pretty interesting n their chem is amazing. Its aga gap btw with the fl being older than the ml. the fl is ml's teacher actually. don't worry the ml is of legal age even in the drama
then Embrace In The Dark Night is also bad boy/soft girl

I'm with u on this sis. I had the same experience with Shine on me. No hate to the cast. they r brilliant. idk what it is but may be the slow burn.....the chem is not there unfortunately....the story is kinda meh imho. the plot would've been interesting if they had made the Sml as the actual ML. Like y did they even give the SML so much screen time when he should'nt have been so imp for the leads' romance. I also kept on comparing it with SAL. ZhaoMu Cp is the ultimate cp, no one like them. This is just my opinion n I have nothing against the ppl who r liking Shine on me, maybe this show is just not for me.

Tell me about it 😩🤧🥹🥺I have come to realise that its impossible to find the same chem in any other drama. Except the editing everything was perfect about SAL. This is truly rare to find.....
