Worth The Wait
I honestly didn’t expect to like this short C-drama. But to be real, what hooked me here is the comedy—it made the whole thing way more enjoyable than most short dramas I’ve tried. Usually, short dramas stress me out with too much love-revenge drama, and if I stop watching for a while, I don’t miss them and just drop them easily. But this one? I actually found myself patiently waiting for new episodes just because it made me laugh so much. They’re so unserious at this point, and that’s what makes it fun.
I do hope they make a season 2, because that ending wasn’t what I expected at all. The only thing I didn’t really like was the acting—it could’ve been better—but honestly, it’s still rewatchable and very much recommendable. So yeah, I’m telling y’all to give it a try!

A Very Unserious Fun Time
Light-hearted Cultivation Story that does not take itself seriously at all.MC relives the same day for one hundred thousand years.
Upon escaping the time loop, he sets out to save his Love by killing an undefeatable enemy.
I have not read the Manhua or Novel so this is solely based on what i watched.
MC is basically all-knowing, so he navigates his way with prior knowledge of mostly everything.
The cast is taking it easy and i was too. Haha.
You will find the usual troupes and stereotypical characters, but it flowed in a way i didn't mind at all.
I felt like production made full use of their limited budget and short run time.
The ending was open ended and could be interpreted a number of ways. Season 2 Perhaps?
If you enjoy Cultivation Stories with a relatively OP MC with an unserious tone, you will have fun with this.
PS. Luan Lei Ying is Stunning whenever i see her. Haha.
