I honestly into with this series and cant wait for the next eps to watch. This is the best series, theres no boring in every eps which is very nice to watch. The cast is sooooo great to the point i havent skip any of them. Goodjob for this. This is great and hoping to have season 2 and so on, nice character each of then are mysterious and cant wait to finall reveal whats their role, i love it. THIS KDRAMA ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS
Friendly Rivalry is literally everything I’ve been waiting for in a KDrama. As a reader of the original manhwa, I was skeptical about how the adaptation would turn out, especially given the distinct nuances of the source material. The plot, centered around the evolving connection between Seulgi and Jay, showcases an intense tension, or we say, chemistry. Idk about how it would turn out in the Drama, but I so so love how the story’s slow burn pays off, especially with its deep dive into GL themes that offer fresh perspectives within the genre. For someone familiar with the manhwa (again) as well, I appreciated how the adaptation made subtle but effective changes to enhance the pacing and emotional depth, all while keeping the core themes intact.I literally love everything about it from the acting/casting, OST, story and all of it. Lol. This Kdrama is a dream come true for fans of both the manhwa and the genre. It really is a refreshing and powerful addition to the GL genre, showcasing a compelling mix of heart, intrigue, and intensity. It sets a new standard for queer representation in Korean drama, and with its incredible storytelling and unforgettable characters, it's a must-watch for fans of romance, mystery, and GL narratives. I REALLY do HOPE THIS AINT A BAIT NO MORE AND THEY WOULD CONTINUE PRODUCING SUCH AWESOME KDRAMA WITH THE KIND OF GENRE. PLS PRODUCE MORE GL THEMED KDRAMA, KOREA!!!

A gl drama that won my heart
Friendly Rivalry is a rare treasure in the world of K-dramas! GL series arent that common so this one rlly stands out ive been following the manhwa but the way its brought to life in the series is smth else entirely the chemistry between yoo jaeyi and woo seulgi is incredible every scene between them is full of surprises mysteries and tension you never know whats coming next and thats what makes it so exciting im on the edge of my seat waiting for Episode 5 bc i cant wait to see what happens next anyway back to what i was saying friendly rivalry is definitely a must watch. ITSSSS SOOOOOO SOOOOO GOOOOODDDDDDD!!

Petition for season 2
Im actually not a fan to all k-drama but then this series caught my attention and became addicted to it, why? Because the casting were so great and not too over reacting or over hyped, I like the flows of story, the settings and all, this will be my number 1 in all korean movie or series. I hope there’s season 2 for us, please 😭 we deserve it! I want seulgi and jaeyi have their justice to live together, if there would be no season 2 then make even just 1 special episode for them, we really want to see them reconcile and have happy ending. Best kdrama I've seen in a while
Literally nothing bad to say about it. Acting 100/100, story 100/100, characters 100/100, YOO JEI AND WOO SEULGI 1000000/100Made me laugh, made me cry, got me kicking my feet... all you want from a great show.
I'll rewatch once it comes out on a legal site, hope everyone will do the same cause they deserve it.

I LOVE IT
I will miss every Sunday to Wednesday at 10 PM, waiting for the new episode to come out. It makes me feel so many emotions. I had never heard of this show until the third episode was released. I watched it and was instantly hooked—like an addiction. I want to rewatch it, and I need to rewatch it to relive the thrill.I want to understand why Jaeyi acts the way she does—what does she want? I spend day and night analyzing every detail, and yet, I can't find a single plot hole! Every day at 6 PM, I turn into a detective, searching for clues in the trailer. Funny enough, every episode is a twist of its own. Most of my guesses are only 40% correct.
Hyeri's facial expressions are top-tier in this game. But Subin? Tsk tsk The way she plays that character is everything. She makes you want to protect her while also admiring how smart she is, with an incredible memory and the way she slowly stands up for herself.
The two of them act together so well that their characters have insane chemistry. This is actually what I think true love looks like. They don’t need to say anything; they just know they belong to each other, and we know it too
If you hate the characters, kudos to the cast—they did their job perfectly. It’s such a great time to be alive, getting to watch each new episode and discuss it with people on social media. This show reminds me never to give up on life. It’s a masterpiece in storytelling, and I truly appreciate the art of making a show like this.

I love this drama so much! I became so attached with the actors who participated in this series! oh my god I love them all especially the two girlfriends! HAHAHAHAHAH kidding, I loved Jaeyi and Seulgi's character here! Hyeri and Subin did a really great job and so did the other actors! My favorite episode is Ep 8! HAHAHAHA and my favorite scene was in the last ep when Jaeyi told Seulgi that she only gave vitamins to Seulgi before taking the midterms and not any other medicine! this scene was so precious to me, it emphasizes the trust and love of Jaeyi for Seulgi, that she believed that Seulgi could ace the exam without any medicine taken, and so she did! I love them both sooo bad. The bittersweet ending was so good, they both got what they deserved individually with the help of each other. I'm rooting for season 2!!
