That said, I hope they will not fall into pattern of cases mirroring her own situation, that can get boring and repetitive - higher profile cases of people with strong passion and talent in their field who need to reevaluate their goals and adjust to the new situation while not giving up on their dreams. I honestly would not to see more mundane patient, or a case where the patient does not get better - the more harsh reality. What episode 2 does well though is giving us a little bit more info about the past and the larger picture. We can see many people around Miyabi are connected to her and her accident, but we don't really know how. I'm engaged and interested - it's a win for the show. What's more to appreciate? Little details. I mean, looking at ML you see he is depressed, but I like the whole "chewing to stimulate serotonin" and "drinking matcha to get vitamin C" deal too. Tiny moments that add to it. Side note, I really hope the shit she is drinking every night with dinner ain't beer, coz this ain't helping her brain.
