Strong Opening

I’m already in love with this opening, I hate seeing women dragged down by undeserving men. So I immediately felt for the characters and wanted more for them. The lingerie scenes were hilarious as well. I wasn’t surprised by the episode ending but it still had me fired up for the next one.

Expectation vs Reality

Initially, I expected A Virtuous Business to be a lighthearted series about lingerie sales, but it quickly revealed deeper themes of survival and family struggles. The show effectively contrasts humor with serious issues, particularly through the character of Han Jeong-suk, who fights to support her family amid her husband's failures.
