Acting as its finest, great character writing is shining.

Finally where at the episode where i saw the tiktok of Bao Shang En getting too deep in her character.Such a emotional ride of an episode. I'm so glad i picked this up after watching that tiktok clip. The acting in this episode is so great. Hopefully this show will end up a 10/10 for me, there's still a few episode left.Am i the only one who appreciate Luo He as a character? In this episode his character writing shined at its brightest. Although he's a villain, but he's written so perfectly and i think it helps as well that his actor is playing the role so perfectly. In comparison to the parents, all of them are annoying.

I need a cigarette...

I just know the fallout is going to be bad, but jesus man... that reunion is going to hit like crack. Why can't my girl Zhou Wan catch a break?! Not to mention, she's only 18 YEARS OLD!!!

Everyone contributes to separate them

All of them are "holding hands" to separate XiXiao and Wan... 🥺💔 Yan, Grandpa, Father, Luo He, and I'm sure we could find more, are all contributing to that. It's quite hard to watch how, because of all those people, such beautiful and sincere love will be shattered and those fragile, already vulnerable hearts broken even more. 😭🫣
