Disappointing
I originally started this drama for the banter between Lee Dong Wook and Lee Kwang Soo, hoping it would bring some lighthearted fun and laughs. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing, and I found myself watching it mostly in skip mode.Lee Jo Bin’s performance was underwhelming as well. Her portrayal of the victim didn’t feel convincing, which made it harder to connect with her character emotionally. On top of that, the divorce case storylines were repetitive, boring, and at times even frustrating.
Overall, the plot felt predictable and lacked the spark I was expecting. What could have been an engaging and entertaining drama ended up being a dull and disappointing watch.

well... I expected more
To be honest, I only finished the drama because it was on air Monday and Tuesday (didn't coincide with another drama) and had dubbing in my language, so I could play it in the background while I did other things. It's not the worst drama I've seen, but it's very slow and boring at times.Neither the OST nor the cast saved this drama. If you're thinking of watching this drama, I don't recommend it.

Boring and Cringey
I couldn’t enjoy watching this at all. While the story had lessons packed in, the execution felt really off. There was literally no chemistry between the leads and the acting really felt like an acting, it’s not carrying the story. It was truly difficult for me to watch this series as the acting part really took a big hit and felt too forced. The romance aspect between the main leads were also too cringey for my liking. The story of the boss and her wife was somehow more interesting than everything else. Was this review helpful to you?

The divorce insurance
Yeah I am probably biased, since every drama I was waiting for this year is rated at least 8/10 but I really feel it is right rating, in my head it feels wrong to give it less - well in this case 7,5/10 would be great but I made my mind long time ago and I do not give 0,5.Biggest problem - that it was ongoing, it was problem from almost all dramas this year - expect Newtopia but I love zombie (and yet I still waited for most The last of us episodes out) and maybe friendly rivarly but I started when almost all were out, ongoing is just not for me (but I probably still make that mistake, for example with Our unwritten Seoul).
Next problem - it would be better with just 10 episodes
Now positive things - I love how cast is Lee. Plot reminds me of Brewing love - so if you like that you will like this. Characters felt a little like Business proposal but "adulter" adults. Well in all this cases it is about developing some product. So it easy, dailylife type of drama.
And that is probably the reason why it also worked so well for me, cause I often watch or read something dark and having something in contrast is great - and this was this drama, little light in my month of dark books.
But at the same time there are moments to cry, OMG story of older couple was perfect.
Moving on to cast:
Lee Dong Wook - yeah reason to watch, not much to say I just love his acting
Lee Joo Bin - I am happy that she was female lead for LDW, I like their chemistry, they were so cute, in general she is perfect for cute/romcoms roles (and that makes me also believe that she would play perfect villain, with such sweet face, it would be mind blowing), oh and I loved her hair here
Jo Bo Ah - yeah, my girl! I am so happy that she had cameo, that she was even mentioned later, and that she played such cute role, spoiler - we all knew she would play ex wife, but their story was really good, there was still love but just different kind.
Second couple - Lee Kwang Soo and Lee Da Hee - I do not know if I really liked them, character wise, cause as couple they made perfect sense and at the same time I expected them to be more crazy in love/hot couple
EXY - she reminded me of Yujin from Ive/I*zone and some other idol but now I can not remember who, her romance was more interesting for me than second couple
"Old man" - his love life was also interesting story, it showed that sometimes it is important to change
Plot - it was not to encourage divorces, yes they created insurance but point was to avoid them
All in all I liked it, but definitely better to watch when is all out and meantime something darker (of course if you like calm type of dramas, you do not need such contrast).

Feels Low Budget, But Has Decent Characters
My 4 categories are Acting/Cast, Writing, Direction/SFX/Music, Entertainment Value.I watched this drama for Lee Dong Wook (이동욱). I stayed for everyone else.
Acting/Cast: This is the only good aspect of this drama. I enjoyed the characters. However, I'm not a fan of the female lead, Lee Joo Bin (이주빈), as she seems to only have two facial expressions. I felt that she and Lee Dong Wook didn't have much chemistry together either. Surprisingly, Lee Dong Wook was the weakest character in this drama. Why was he even in this? Did he even want to be here? Lee Dong Wook, blink twice if you're being held hostage! The rest of the cast outshined the leads. Even Kim Won Hae's (김원해) character, who was really annoying in the beginning, grew on me. 5.5/10
Writing: The set up for this plot isn't great. I was bored by it, but I somehow made it through. The character writing and dynamics between the characters are much more entertaining. However, the romantic storyline between the two main leads felt forced. The conflicts between them felt even more forced. I enjoyed the romantic storylines between the other characters more and those storylines kept me from dropping this drama. Unfortunately, the payoff for these other romances isn't great either. Aside from the romance, the main plot is just so-so. This drama is about divorce. I can't relate. Maybe that's a big reason why the plot wasn't doing it for me? Seemingly random situations would happen, too. I think it may just be the comedic style of the drama though. 1.5/10
Direction/SFX/Music: The editing is bad...obviously bad with confusing scene cuts. I think it's the worst editing I've seen. There's also tons of PPL to the point of even having a commercial (for roadside assistance or something like that) that interrupts the drama. This drama one of the worst offenders for PPL I've ever seen. Not the absolute worst, but it's definitely right up there. This drama feels very "made for TV". It feels low effort and low budget with the half-assed editing (which actually does improve later on in the drama). The OST is surprisingly good. It adds some much needed charm to the drama. 1.5/10
Entertainment Value: I thought I would be dropping this one, but surprisingly I stuck with it. It's because of the cast and their characters. They had good chemistry as a group. Their dynamics together were entertaining enough to keep me watching. The ending is a bit disappointing though. I don't know if it was worth it... I definitely would have dropped this drama if I had been watching multiple interesting dramas at the same time. I was only watching The Witch at the time and that drama's not great either. This one's worse though. 2/10
Overall, I gave this drama a 2.5/10. I didn't hate it...but it wasn't good. I liked the characters even though the plot was kind of lame and the editing and PPL is terrible. This drama feels like it was just thrown together and the actors had to make it work.

Happiness
The story is about a group of people in a company that wants to release a new insurance product for divorce. They have to convince people to join the insurance, but didn't get divorced in order to make a profit. But a lot of people decline it at first. Later on, it became interesting when some people wanted to consult first and then join the insurance. Was this review helpful to you?

Mixed feelings
I loved this drama personally but it was definitely made for a western audience. I didn’t really understand the invention being copyrighted and its relevance, leaving it out wouldn’t have changed the storyline in the slightest in my opinion and some of the side quests they go on are a bit ridiculous but it was still a fun watch. I’d definitely rewatch it just for the relationship between the main characters, I wish they’d focused on that a little moreWas this review helpful to you?

Hopeful, kind and sweet
It may be a bit slow at first to follow but I found this drama very cute and cosy! Uplifting, quite tender and maybe a bit cheese sometimes but very hopeful and perfect as a comforting show. I enjoyed all the performances and also the visual effects, I found them entertaining and on point. I liked that there are main stories and episodic ones and that even those who seem to go nowhere nice are actually very honest in their portrayals. I totally recommend this drama but only if you enjoy very romantic love stories. Was this review helpful to you?

Interesting Premise and Good Actors
It’s a refreshing plot premise, centering around divorce and building stories around destigmatizing the topic. There’s a story about an older couple that is so heartwarming, I loved it.Overall the pace felt a bit all over the place, in some episodes nothing really developed then in the next one everything happened, it fluctuated a lot and some episodes were quite boring to be honest, when they centered a lot of the dialogue in the technical part of the insurance and didn’t add much to the actual story line.
I liked the the relationships that were built, the only one that for me lacked quite a bit of chemistry was the best friend of the FL with the dancer, like I understand it was difficult for her to accept being in a relationship but she never seemed convinced about liking him and at times she just used him for favors.
I was expecting more, this was sold as quite the comedy but didn’t really had that many funny moments it felt mostly quite a serious story about adults navigating their love life after their divorces.
It’s okay, wouldn’t rewatch it.

Slow start, but great finish
This was a series that you needed to allow time for it to take off. The first few episodes had a slow start and it was kind of difficult to really get involved in it. Being a big fan of Dong Wook, I gave it the extra time to see what happened. I'm definitely glad I did. Around episode 5 it really became quite enjoyable and by episode 9 it was addicting to watch, wondering how things would play out with all the protagonists in this series.Wookie was completely on his acting game in this comedy/drama and was a great match up with Joo Bin. They had great comedic & dramatic scenes throughout this series, both with perfect timing toward each other. I thought Kwang Soo & Da Hee were a bit awkward with a believable relationship for most of the series, but fixed that problem as you went into the final few episodes. It eventually does work for them on screen. The couple I thought was absolutely fantastic was A Yeong & Ung Sik. This was such an innocent and sweet duo. Hyeon Su, having never seen him act before, brought a lot to this supporting role he played, giving lots of funny moments whenever he was in a scene. He definitely has a bright future ahead.
The one actor that really shined brightly was Kim Won Hae. He's been in so many great series over the years and I think this was one of his best performances.
Over all, it was a good series and I thought the ending was a great finish along with a great cast.

Two iconic !That is the best cameo
My two favorite heroes and heroines are the reason I'm watching the drama.I am watching Lee Dong Wook's drama after a long time.Last I saw Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938.After that, I didn't have a chance to watch any more dramas. But the trailer of this drama made me watch this drama.More importantly, Lee Dong wook's comedy is the best.Even if you're sad, you'll be forced to laugh watching Lee Dong Wook's comedy.
My second reason is Lee Joo Bin.Most talented actress.last time I saw her queen of tears .Her performance in Queen of Tears is truly worthy of praise.
Let's talked about this drama
I was really surprised in episode two.
It has been proven once again that wherever there is lee dong wook, there is joo boo ah.
I was even more surprised to hear that she was his second wife.I then reached the highest peak of surprise.I was too surprised and more surprised she was his second wife😲
I was feeling thought of Tale of t
he Nine-Tailed and here i go my universe of theories and delusion hh in another life.
I had a long-standing desire to see these two get married, and finally my desire was fulfilled in this drama.

FUNNY at first
I enjoyed both the romances, ESPECIALLY the STP. That's a combination I've not seen before in KDrama - ex-wife and best friend, and it was a lot of un to watch that one grow. But what made this one a joy for me was how much it made laugh. The first six episodes were the most laugh-filled of any KDrama I can remember. That's why the "real" OTP in this Drama for me was Lee Dong Wook and Lee Kwang Soo as life long buddies. The humour in this show was VERY MUCH my kind of humour, and it's the humour that I will remember most. Was this review helpful to you?
