Mayhem in the streets ensue when the poisoned Qi people hiding in the dancing tavern are inexplicably forced onto the streets to cause trouble. This resulted in the Emperor banishing the Qi people within 7 days, which does not bode well for the Qian-Qi Six Agreement discussion. The Qian-Qi team track down Chancellor Deng but realizes he knows nothing about the Snow Chanting Pavilion.
