Things become tense between Wan Wan and Ren Chu as she denies her feelings and pushes Guan Ai towards him. Guan Ai continues to play the “friend” card so that Wan Wan will feel bad about her feelings towards Ren Chu, not wanting to hurt Guan Ai just as Liang Xia had done to her. Meanwhile, Xi Bai tries to help Xin Yu but is disheartened when she lies to him. Fearing she’ll fail the exams, Wan Wan decides to leave her major even though she and Gu Qiao won the competition.
