also in the novel, there was suddenly an illegitimate prince that had nothing to do with jcy-hwf except for buying lots of peonies and they were suddenly pushed into that whirlwind of intrigues.
i thank the screenwriter for the changes she made.

The clip I mentioned doesn't show MD as having the same emotion as what YZ mentioned. That's why the other clip I mentioned doesn't seem to be the same scene but feels better to happen before the one you mentioned. It would really be more apt if MD discovers her feelings just before JCY disappears temporarily.

I'll be happy to be proven wrong as I also want her to acknowledge her feelings before the disappearance plot.
By the way I'm really anticipating to see when Mudan eventually cuts her hair to tie it with JCY's and finds out about his mother's comb. So many possibly angsty and romantic scenes to look forward to.

wait a bit off topic but rmber the girl who fell down from the horse which resulted in her unable to be pregnant anymore? i was thinking that maybe she wanted to get revenge from he weifanghe (since i think she disliked he weifang already from the start) and so if she gets pregnant, she will try and do smth evil to he weifang so she cant have a kid either. i didnt read the novel so is that smth thats gonna happen or am i thinking too much lol but i hope it doesnt tho i dont want he weifang to be in danger :(

I know for a fact that YouZhen can actually attempt that but I doubt she will be able to succeed even if she tries
I honestly feel that He WeiFang won't get pregnant until king Ning is defeated and by then YouZhen won't have any power again
