For second battle, the Master of Chinese cooking vs Goddess of Chinese cooking. They were to make dishes people would wait in line for. It is very impressive how much these chefs accomplish in 15 minutes. The master makes stir fry dishes and the goddess makes dongpo pork dumpling. It is also fun watching the chefs sample and comment on the dishes. These episodes are very entertaining as well as informative about various cooking techniques.
