The last guy was combodian guy, the guy who came to Korea for checking the smuggled gold but he lost his partner by gang so maybe he went after the gold not after the gang who killed his partner.

Two possibilities

1) He somehow tracked down Hee-Ju where she lives in France and planned to take those gold or money kept by Hee-Ju

2) like someone user said _ maybe Woogy joined with him and planned to take Hee-Ju's gold and money, when he was out there in the chaos he get help from that combodia guy to save him from the gang.

Woogy will take those gold - money from Hee-ju and shares with comedian guy.
