"Hide One`s Love" is a classic theme of slap-kiss, old school and very trainwrecky in its execution and delivered so well by the actors and the director! The intensity & passion took my breath away! The story starts off very sadistic and dark, alas a very complex and toxic transactional relationship between the struggling heroine Rongen and the very ferocious Mob Boss/Tycoon Yejue. His actions does not fit his words. He may verbally treat her as a plaything and does state that he will break it off as soon as he tires of her, and he states that a few times, but in the mean time his actions proves otherwise. HE IS A SCHMUCK over her! He protects and cherishes her and is hardcore possessive and jealous, he cannot stand another man near her. Her hatred grew towards him, alongside the misunderstandings between them, in the meantime his pain and suffering of unrequited love took a deep hit on him. Still, he never could let her go even when she begged him.

Chen Si totally dominated the screen, i mean his PRESENCE is freekin unbeliavable the way he takes you by storm! The luring danger and beauty, the blend is soooo sexy!!The way he longingly and ardently gazed at his heroine, like he could not get enough of her,ahhh my romantic heart! Guilty pleasure for sure!
