Intensity, Sci-Fi, and a Chemistry That Burns Up the Screen
To make sure I didn't miss a single detail of the intricate universe of Pit Babe, I decided to do a marathon: I rewatched the first season and immediately dove into the second. Watching them back-to-back makes you realize how well-connected everything is, especially since the entire series revolves around people with special abilities, a key factor that brilliantly explains why certain characters return to the board.THE PLOT: THE SERUM DILEMMA AND THE CURSE OF POWERS
If the first season was all about adrenaline and racing, the second season raises the stakes by focusing on a much more mature and dangerous plot: the attempt to develop a serum that can eliminate special abilities. Far from being a weapon, the goal of this serum is humanitarian: to protect those who do not want their powers or simply cannot control them.
A Desperate Need for Jeff and Charlie: Although the serum is vital for Jeff, whose ability is incredibly unstable, dangerously strong, and threatens to cause him irreparable damage; it is also a crucial and desperately needed element for Charlie. For him, getting rid of these abilities is not a whim, it is a medical and emotional urgency that directly affects his survival and his future. The race against time to develop this serum is what keeps the tension at an all-time high.
BABE AND CHARLIE: AN ELECTRIFYING CHEMISTRY THAT EVOLVES
Let’s talk about what melts us all: Babe and Charlie. If they had already won us over in the first season, in this second round their chemistry is absolutely electrifying. The way they touch, how they flirt, and those intense looks into each other's eyes made me smile, blush, and get completely hooked to the screen.
The best part is that the series doesn't just rely on fanservice or heat of the moment; the second season delves deeply into their connection, exploring their mutual vulnerability and the high emotional tension behind it. They are the absolute heart of the show.
NEW FACES AND UNEXPECTED REDEMPTIONS
One of the surprises of the season is the new character, Willy (played brilliantly by Milk). At first, I admit he got on my nerves, he was insufferable, arrogant, and self-centered. However, the script does a fantastic job with him; the shift in his character as the story progresses is so organic that it completely changed my perspective of him. You end up empathizing with him in a way you just don't see coming.
THE BIG CONTRADICTION: ALAN´S DOWNFALL
Not everything is perfect, and here comes my biggest conflict with the season: Alan's behavior. He has always been the protector, the undeniable pillar of the team, the leader, the mentor, and the oldest of the group. Everyone trusts him blindly.
Discovering that his old spinal injury from racing hasn't healed adds drama, but for me, that is no excuse for him to go and negotiate with Tony. Furthermore, the hypocrisy of his character this season hurts: he demands absolute honesty from Jeff, while he hides absolutely everything from him. That lack of consistency with the Alan we used to know left a pretty bitter taste in my mouth.
THE VERDICT: BEYOND THE RACETRACK
What truly solidifies this second season is how it manages to expand its universe. Pit Babe is no longer just a series about romance and cars; it transforms into a survival thriller where past traumas and human ambition collide head-on. Although the pacing falters in a few places due to the side characters' subplots, the acting growth of the entire cast holds the show together strongly.
If you liked the first one, the second season is a mandatory watch that will keep you on the edge of your seat, and, of course, falling a little more in love with Babe and Charlie.

Another season of "How To Traumatize PitBabe". Either one of the writter hate Pit Babe either one of them just enjoy to see Pavel cry. Bestie saw his boyfriend die twice, lost a lot of his friends - mostly because of betray. CharlieBabe
I love them. Expect them to be more ansgty because of Willy but no. And please Charlie Babe learn how to comunicate beside sex.
JeffAlan
Why did Jeff start to see Tony? Didn't understand, will never??? Plus, he said to Alan "comunicate with me" but end up not doing it??? Wth
KimKenta
Sad they didn't appear more?? I wish they did develop them more. Plus why don't they end up together???
NorthSonic
They are really cute, please, I needed more of them
PeteChris (or whatever the ship is named)
With what Chris said to Pete at the end, I'm really disappointed they didn't show how and when Pete discovered he did really fall for Chris fr himself and not for Way.
By the way, I'm happy Chris isn't Way (sorry I did hate Way).
In conclusion (??), I didn't wanted this season 2 (just because I didn't see the point. But I was hook by every episode. Now I expect a spin off for KimKenta, NorthSonic and PeteChris. No really, they put too much couple, and give them not much screentime (and I get that they really give what they could, but they should have made a longer season if they wanted to developp all of them).
Disappointed they didn't get anyone pregnant.. Mpreg nation we lost.

PoohPavel carry it — the story is just along for the ride
Racing circuits and omegaverse elements are not a combination you'd expect to work, and yet somehow the setting holds up — mostly because PoohPavel make it easy to stay. Their chemistry is strong, the intimate scenes land, and you believe the connection between them. When the pairing is this watchable, a lot gets forgiven. The story is another matter. Part one has a certain charm to it — an unconventional deal, a racing dream, an unlikely dynamic between Charlie and Babe. Part two expands into conspiracy territory with returning villains and hidden powers, but none of it left a particularly sharp impression. It's the kind of plot that's easy enough to follow while watching and equally easy to let go of afterwards.
Pooh's character also tests your patience at times — if you've seen him in other roles, you'll know what you're signing up for. But if PoohPavel are your reason for watching, they deliver. Just don't expect the narrative to keep up with them.

Good storytelling and tension arc
This second season is proof that consistency in storytelling between multiple seasons is possible in BL. The character development picks right up where it left off and the tense moments of the first season are being rivalled by those in this sequel. Great watch, never a dull moment. The only disappointment is in the development of the couples besides CharlieBabe and UncleJeff. PeteKriss falls flat at a certain point where it was sizzling just a moment before. KimKenta is not really explored and NorthSonic... Well maybe they're keeping these stories for next seasons. Was this review helpful to you?

I had no expectations and still was disappointed by the nonsensical plot choices and bland ending
Not going to lie, Pit Babe Season 1 is definitely not a series I would recommend as it is deeply flawed. Still, I wanted to give a shot to the Season 2 as I thought it could explore the lore more and provide a more satisfactory take on this very specific universe as well as on the various characters. However, the writing was particularly weak. It first approached some interesting ideas but very quickly fell apart with characters making all the bad choices and a too easy ending. Another big issue was the numerous secondary couples : there were so many of them that it was impossible for me to really care about any. As in Season 1, the fantasy universe was not exploited enough : instead of developing the lore, the scenario got stuck on one note.
It is not all bad, as I quite enjoyed the performance of Pavel as Babe. He delivered some solid acting moments despite all the cringe factors from the script. His chemistry with Pooh (playing Charlie) was very good and probably the main reason I completed the series. Production was also good overall, even if some fight scenes could definitely have been better, they did not feel too cheap. The OST was quite enjoyable at first but clearly became too much as it was overused.
I would not recommend this to people as there are better BLs out there. If you had already mixed feelings regarding Season 1, this Season 2 will certainly not change your mind.

Just no! If you like Pit Babe you are better off not watching this.
This is why really good shows shouldn't have second seasons. This was bad I mean like What the Duck, 2gether, Check Out bad. It was painful to watch how stupid and naive they made all of them. Friends are going behind each other's backs cooperating with Tony and when everyone else finds out it's just like oh OK no worries we are still cool. The last 2 episodes literally had me yelling at the TV to the point my family asked what was wrong. This is a perfect example of how to ruin a good show. Pit Babe was a good show and idk who needed the money (writer, directors, production) who knows but I have to imagine even the cast was all well we already said we'd do it so we are stuck now. Like my gods I'm am just gobsmacked by just how bad this was. I played the it's going to get better game for 11 episodes and by then I just had to power through. 🤦♀️Was this review helpful to you?
Waste of Time
Welp, it’s official down from that 8.0 rating and honestly, I was just waiting for it to drop 🥴. The drama had potential, it really did.. until Willy’s character got side lined and everything just slid into meh territory. The action? A whole 1%. Some of the acting? Oof. It’s painful watching others improve while a few folks act like growth is optional. No aura, zero charisma, dialogue flatter than a pancake (I won’t name names, but whew 😬). They had all the time in the world to deliver drama, but clearly, romance was the only priority. And that daily car race? Still scratching my head over its purpose. Cool concept, but execution? Mid.Was this review helpful to you?

Fast Paced Thriller With Interesting Characters!
Continuation of the hit supernatural Thai-BL and adapted from the novel of the same name, “Pit Babe The Series Season Two” is a series full of race cars, mysterious happenings, and supernaturally powerful beings. From the first episode, we start seeing competitions, new decisions, arrival of new characters and the return of some old ones grambling with mysterious incidents. Babe (Pavel Naret), the undefeated king of the racing track loses his crown when new rookie racer, Willy (Milk Natchanon) beats him in a race. The first episode starts with Pavel, who is playing the title character, Babe having a nightmare followed by Charlie (Pooh Krittin), calming him down. Kim (Benz Atthanin), another racer in X- Hunter company resigns to move forward with his career, to be honest I am very invested in his story and wish to see where his story arc and character goes. Another new twist in the story is that Way/Chris (Nut Supanut) is back (but is he? Or is it someone else?). I wish that Pete (Ping Orbnithi) could find his closure or get his happy ending in this season. Despite taking the power sealing power, Jeff is still getting his visions, and predicting future predicaments related to his colleagues in X-Hunter. The second episode follows up with the confusion that occurs when Chris joins Pete’s company as their new researcher. He looks exactly like Way, who is presumably dead. Tony who was declared dead also returns to play the antagonist. He promptly kidnaps Kenta (Garfield Pantach) and Winner (Pop Pataraphol) to assist him in his attempts to destroy X-Hunter again. In the midst of this chaos, Willy tries to flirt with Babe. I am a little skeptical about Willy’s character as I have zero idea of what he is planning to do.

10/10 BL
BL, Romance, Car racing, Omegaverse. Will keep you on the edge. Love this drama. Introduced a new genre in the bl industry. The alphas, omegas and the enigmas. It is very interesting and nice to watch. The actors did very well and can't wait to watch the second season. Babe was all serious until he met Charlie and he became hopelessly in love.Charlie will do anything to make Babe happy and keep him safe. In all it is a good series but did not like the way they rushed the ending. They all did not act surprised when they saw Charlie alive after seeing him die, it was as if they knew about his plans to fake his death.

Mama & Papa ??
