Spectacle

What a start for a Park Hae young drama. This is going to be an emotional roller coaster ride. Cinematography and acting is insane. Opening monologue by oh Jung se was so good.

Nice Story

For now, the series is not complete yet, but Episode 1 is really good. The episode gives me the strong impression that both characters are depressed, but each one chooses their own way to express it. I’m starting Episode 2, but so far this episode has really made me feel that way!

it hits too close to home

i picked this kdrama as my ongoing watch because apparently the writer also writes my liberation notes, my mister, and another miss oh. human drama, huh? i need that kind of injection so here i am.as someone who calls myself a writer but has never debuted, i relate to dongman. he is written in a very human way.. i cannot hate him. yes, his jealousy is too much. yes, he's depressed. yes, he is a human being. i get it, he might appears annoying to some viewers, but i hope people will not hate him hehe.to me, the highlight of this episode goes to the one when eunah pointed out dongman's mistake in the script. that thing about power... about not able to write about something that you don't own... i cannot put my finger on it but it really makes me want to review my writings.overall, this drama makes me want to write more. and to live more. happy monday everyone

Like the emotions that we cover up

as far as eps 1, which I've watched, both of main characters seem depressed. Dong Man chooses to talk a lot, while Eun Ah chooses to be quiet. But she's like a bomb that could explode at any moment. The story begins when one character introduced himself and the main character through his story. It flows smoothly, a strong theme 10/10👎👎👎👎 One eps feels like a movie. Can't wait to see eps 2 tonight!

thank you god for emotional massage kdramas

This is absolutely delightful! What a masterpiece! such a great story and acting, and filming. So creative. And nothing, absolutely nothing like the writeup. Based on the writeup, I thought this would be a gloomy melodrama, but heck no! There is humor, there is depression and loan sharks, and there is sunlight and fields of flowers and new experiences and love. Totally charming and delightful. A real art piece :)

A strong start to a potential masterpiece

Hwang Dong Man, in the first episode, already showcases a wide range of emotions that truly resonate with viewers. The writing and dialogue are easily a 10/10- raw, thoughtful, and deep. Every character introduced so far carries a sense of gloom yet remains incredibly relatable. Eun Ah, in particular, feels like someone who will have a compelling story to unfold in the coming episodes.

I’m really excited to see how each character’s journey develops and how their stories will intertwine as the drama progresses.

Ep 1 10/10
