Both are drama series that are centralized around musicians. Wish You is a South Korean production whereas First Note is primarily Taiwanese. Both involve a singer/guitarist and a keyboardist. Both have troubles the main characters encounter, especially during their budding romances. Both involve street performances and record companies. Overall similar settings and set ups but also completely different feels and hiccups in their journeys. If you enjoy music based dramas, both are recommended to try!
