ML rescue mission, save brainless and powerless FL never ends.
The FL’s problems just never end, and every single time, it’s the ML who comes to her rescue. She seems to have no identity or brain of her own always dependent on the ML. And after being saved so many times, she doesn’t even question how one delivery guy has such deep connections with powerful people. This FL is either truly dumb or just pretending to be, because she’s clearly getting what she wants from the ML, so it doesn’t matter to her who he is.And the ML? He never goes to his office or does any actual work. What kind of CEO has the writer created here? I seriously don’t understand what the ML saw in the FL that made him fall in love with her after just a one-night stand. She can’t manage her own company, can’t deal with evil people, has no dignity, and no brains. On top of that, the writer has turned almost every character into her enemy, constantly troubling her, just to make the ML look like her savior. It’s fine once or twice, but when it happens again and again, the same rescue drama becomes annoying and frustrating.
That’s why I’m dropping this. There are more frustrating moments than good ones, and honestly, it’s just not worth continuing anymore.
