Double the craziness

Imagine reaching your **10th wedding anniversary** expecting to celebrate ten years together, only to receive the cruelest anniversary “gift” possible—your husband arrives holding his illegitimate child and expects you to become the child's mother.

What made *Gui Bao Ta Sui Le* so frustrating for me was not only the betrayal, but the excuse behind it. The ML claims that what happened was because of another personality. But regardless of the explanation, the FL is still the person left standing there dealing with the pain and consequences.

She gave ten years of her life to this marriage. Now she is suddenly expected to accept a child who represents everything that has happened behind her back and simply continue being his wife.

And that is where I really felt for the FL. The child is innocent and shouldn't be blamed for the adults' actions, but **being innocent doesn't mean the FL should be forced into becoming the child's mother.** Those are two completely different things.

For me, this story raises an important question: How much is a woman expected to forgive simply because she once loved someone?

A marriage can survive misunderstandings, arguments, and difficult times, but trust is something entirely different. Once that trust is destroyed, saying “it wasn't really me” doesn't magically erase the hurt.

After ten years, the FL deserved an anniversary filled with love—not a betrayal she was expected to raise. 💔
