Cid Kagenou seizes the chance to visit the notorious Lawless City after hearing tales of its riches, joining his sister Claire on her mission to hunt down the legendary Blood Queen, Elisabeth. The city is a chaotic battleground ruled by three powerful figures: Yukime, a cunning fox spirit; Juggernaut, a merciless tyrant; and Elisabeth herself, a slumbering vampire of immense power.
