Samurai Champloo (2004)

Fuu Kasumi is an ordinary waitress in a quiet teahouse, but her life takes a chaotic turn when a simple mistake lands her in trouble with a group of aggressive samurai. In desperation, she turns to Mugen, a reckless warrior with an unorthodox, almost dance-like fighting style, who swiftly takes them down.
