For over a decade, the Nefarious Monster Army has staged weekly attacks on Earth from their hovering stronghold, only to be thwarted by the Dragon Keepers, a team of heroic defenders. What appears to be an endless battle between good and evil is actually a carefully orchestrated charade. The Dragon Keepers maintain their heroic image by crushing weak monsters in scripted fights, while the surviving Dusters—the lowest-ranking monsters—are spared to keep the cycle going. One Duster, known only as Sentouin D, refuses to accept this humiliating arrangement. Determined to break free from the illusion, he escapes the fortress and crosses paths with Yumeko Suzukiri, a rogue ranger with her own hidden motives. Together, they uncover the truth behind the Dragon Keepers' power—their Divine Artifacts, legendary weapons that grant them their abilities.
