Iori Kitahara arrives in the seaside town of Izu, ready to start university life with grand expectations of making friends, studying hard, and enjoying his youth. He moves into an apartment above his uncle’s scuba diving shop, Grand Blue, imagining it will be a peaceful place to focus on his goals. Instead, he’s immediately dragged into the chaotic, alcohol-fueled antics of the local Diving Club, whose members—particularly the rowdy upperclassmen Shinji and Ryuujirou—turn his idea of college upside down.
