The first challenge of the episode was the parkour battle. Aiba, Kazama, Shori, and Ukisho must face Team Gold (Susaki Yui [Olympic wrestler], Noda Crystal, Kyan Yutaka, Ogata Takahiro) in a two stage battle. Team Gold won the speed run competition, while the Damashii Team managed to win the parkour tag battle. After that Kishi and Ryusei faced Olympic judoka Aaron Wolf in a cooking battle with ingredients from the fridge of 3-ji no Heroine's Kanade.
