Dad is struggling with the veggies while his son finds a tasty-looking fruit right in the middle of the cucumbers! 😂

A very nice first episode! Funny with some cliché points but also fresh and interesting subjects! It's nice that Seong Ji Cheon seems positive to the change, and I look forward to the romance that probably will come. Excited for the upcoming nine Thursdays!
I also don't know how accurate the translation was but when one of the old ladies said "These cucumbers are smooth and handsome, just like me", I really enjoyed it lol!

I really enjoyed the character dynamics in this first episode. At the company, Mr Seong fought for one producer of Napa cabbage to make their product nutrient rich and tasty. His wish is granted and he finds himself transferred to a location that has been deserted for a decade and the locals hold his company responsible for trashing the land and leaving. He is surprised by the appearance of his wife and three sons and they all find themselves living the country life now. The eldest son is actually enthused with the location, but he is in a party of one. The comedy is exaggerated but not to the point it is annoying. It is just fun watching them interact and it leaves you smiling.
