Not really similar apart from the body switch if that's your thing, with the added humour of a gender swap as well. Plus, you know, the great Hyun Bin.

Just like in "Secret Garden" the main characters in "Fated to love you" are two people who are meant to be but meet accidentally at the wrong time. There will be many difficulties between them, but eventually....?

This is an old drama that came to my mind.
In the cdrama they switch emotion and pain between each other.
While in the kdrama they end up switching souls.
It's kinda similar n kinda not soo

Both dramas are about body swapping. Spring Turns to spring is about two completely different women swapping bodies and learning from each other. Both dramas are light and fun to watch.

Both dramas star Hyun Bin as a rich businessman who likes to banter with the female lead.
Both dramas have female leads who have strong personalities and can hold their own in the banter.
Both start with the female lead disliking the male lead, but eventually falling in love.
Both are funny

Both dramas main leads gets their bodies switched with each other. That's all there is in common. Oh and both are amazing dramas. Don Quixote has a lot of good comedy and in some terms it's more realistic while Secret Garden concentrates on romance between main leads.

Both dramas are supernatural romances. In "Secret Garden" main leads are swapping their bodies. In "Dear Prince" main female lead is able to see a male's soul and sometimes is possesed by him. In both dramas supernatural events create funny situations and some problems, but in the end main leads fall in love with each other.

Both stories are about a body swap.
The main female lead, in the beginning, is interested in another guy.
I think Secret Garden is way more funny and interesting. It also has a more concise plot and clear ending. Its heartwarming with an unexpected plot twist.

Both dramas storyline revolve around either swiping body's biological clock or body souls. Both of the leads are connected to each other through this mysterious connection. Due to this both come close and then slowly fall in love.
