Jae Bak is a man in his 40s who feels burned out by both work and family life. He works as a sales manager at a publishing company. The only bright moment in his day is seeing Yu Hui, a beautiful young woman who waits for the subway every morning while sucking on a red lollipop. For 100 days, Jae Bak quietly watches her from afar before finally meeting her at a bookstore. As they grow closer, he even follows her home one day. Eventually, the two share a kiss on a beach at sunset and begin to develop feelings for each other. But soon after, Jae Bak starts hearing disturbing rumors about Yu Hui.
