The Missing Piece Episode 6

really wish the timeline was clearer... until…

really wish the timeline was clearer... until now i assumed Shen Mo was with Zhou Yang then Ji came to the rescue - where Shen Mo felt indebted to Ji for saving him & then they signed the contract - but then a huge chunk of timeline is just missing. it seems like between Ji finding Shen Mo (when he got tortured into breaking up with Zhou Yang) & the contract he & Ji fell in-love & lived happily together in one of Ji's houses which was gifted to Shen Mo - yet there is also a plotline where Shen Mo get's tossed out of his apartment by the landlord & is homeless & Ji comes to rescue him again - this a huge chunk of time that doesn't make sense. would be great if it was laid out for us so i can understand WTF went on. ************************************btw Ji so at fault for what Zhou Yang's mother/parents did to Shen Mo. the sec he opened his mouth & asked them whether their son would be against their arrangement, cause he was in a relationship - he basically signed Shen Mo's death warrant. & would say his action until now were out of a guilt conscience, but he is treating Shen Mo like a slave & a toy that he uses & discards without any consideration to Shen Mo's feelings from the start - so what is his motivation? guilt? love? anger that Shen Mo had/has feelings for Zhou Yang? all of the above??? time will tell i guess...

Mingxuan is not the villian, Love at First Crash 😂❤️

At the end of Episode 5, Mingxuan told Shen Mo that he was the one who told Zhou Yang’s parents and exposed their relationship. Zhou Yang Also confirmed this.

But Episode 6 during the flashback seems to reveal that this is not exactly what happened. Mingxuan did visit Zhou Yang’s parents, but he never directly exposed Zhou Yang and Shen Mo’s relationship. He only told them that he had investigated Zhou Yang because he wanted to make sure he was the right person for his sister.

It was actually Zhou Yang’s mother who decided to investigate her own son further, which eventually led to Shen Mo getting hurt. So unless there is more information revealed later, Mingxuan may have triggered the chain of events, but he was not the one who directly exposed their relationship.

Maybe Mingxuan blamed himself because his visit started everything, but saying he personally exposed them seems a little misleading based on what Episode 6 showed.

Also, their flashback to when they first met was so cute! Shen Mo was casually riding his bike, tried to dodge Mingxuan, and somehow ended up crashing straight into his car. Forget love at first sight, this was literally love at first crash 😂❤️But seriously, who leaves a note after damaging someone’s car and only writes their name with no contact number? 😂 Shen Mo, how exactly was Mingxuan supposed to contact you about the damage? Was he meant to search the entire city shouting your name? LOL.
