After stepping down as president of the company his father had entrusted to him, Naoya is left unemployed. Determined to put an end to merely getting by day to day, he takes a part-time job as a form of "rehabilitation" to help him readjust to working life. With the support of his coworkers, things are going smoothly in his new role as a waiter at the restaurant Luore.
But then his father, Taketoshi, suddenly appears at the restaurant, instantly filling the room with tension. The encounter brings back painful memories for Naoya, leaving him visibly dejected. Noticing something is wrong, Takaaki gently comforts him with a soothing massage.

so the father & mother Naoya mentioned r his biological sh*t-head of a father & a witch of a step-mother?!? great & there seems to be an evil-step sibling to boot... & given that "father" got another son of course it didn't matter to him, if he disposed of Naoya cause he didn't do what he wanted him to do or cause he needed a fall guy. either way poor Naoya, pity all that mental abuse didn't make him angry & vengeful, if nothing else he would be able to not just stand up to his father at this point in his life, he would've been able to give as good as he got. but alas Naoya still the child that is seeking the love & approval of an abuser. thankfully he's got Takaaki who's gonna get revenge for him & i hope it will break the father
