Episode Title: Not Just until We Get Bored
With his job secured, Ainosuke begins moving forward with Okumi, now as his partner. But after learning about Okumi's late wife, he's overcome by the fear that he might just be a replacement. When he finally confronts him about it, Okumi quietly admits that he got married for the sake of his family, lost his wife, and believed he would never fall in love with anyone again. After sharing the loneliness they've each been carrying, the two slowly begin to grow closer over the course of that night.

Gonna catch up with the whole show rn, because apparently im holding my balls playing roblox. A heavy note on late wife, meaning she is dead, I fear.Tragedy about his wife, for real, for real. It's even sad that they actually fell in love and then she got sick. That sucks. Wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy for real, for real. But yeah, pretty chill episode. Probably give it an 8 out of 10. We really haven't done anything, but I don't know, we've jumped the gun, and we're still on the gun, which is a good thing, but I don't really know. But yeah, okay, bye.

It’s so short I can even watch it on my lunch break. Episode 3 was so cute. I’m glad Okumi Hideaki was so honest and open about his late wife. I guess he’s bisexual. The age gap, the height difference, and now the workplace dynamic with one being the CEO and the other a new employee. Japanese BL always hits differently.
