Mu Yeom confronts Chul Gon about his bloody badge from the 7th case and Chul Gon shares his accidental involvement, revealing a 20 year old confession. Tae Oh is arrested for the 7th murder and Mu Yeom realizes this may be a turning point as Tae Oh's lack of control becomes apparent. Another possibility for the original Gap Dong is introduced.
