Speculations are made about the success of Park Hoon's surgery on the patient as Director Oh tries his hardest to thwart Park Hoon's victory. With questions being raised on the surgery, suddenly the well-being of the patient is not just about Park Hoon being a good doctor and winning the competition but about him proving that he's not a murderer. Soo Hyun is having a hard time controlling her feelings after being rejected by Park Hoon and struggles to absorb the truths that are revealed.

Still quite different from what the show began as, but I do not oppose the track it's taken. Pretty much everything has been revealed now and we can finally see the characters' stories being taken forward.
The love quadrangle that everybody knew was going to come has settled in with a vengeance and I don't think everyone will come out unscathed.
A good episode, I just hope there isn't some major dragging on of the story coming along now, that'd be just too bad.
