While having a meal together, Shan Shan attempts to casually ask Feng Teng how Zhou Xiao Wei was compensated for donating blood. When he coldly tells her that Xiaowei was given a check, Shan Shan’s envy is evident in her expression, leading to Feng Teng’s criticism that she isn’t thinking long-term. As the annual company party approaches, everyone in the office is discussing what they are going to wear. Shan Shan fantasizes about thanking her family at the gathering and returns home to try on all of her – and Shuang Yi's – outfits until a suitable one is found. (Source: Viu)

What the heck is Feng Teng doing?

Why did he force her to get so drunk?Why did he kiss her but then accuse her of pursuing him? What was the meaning of his accusation of her being a traitor?Is all this some problem with the translation? Or is the intention of the script writers that Feng Teng is just that confusing of a character? Because I sure as heck can't figure him out and I don't blame the FL for being totally confused. I can't blame her for wanting to back away from someone who is so confusing to her.

Was that really a confession?

Was that really a confession from Feng Teng? It really didn't feel like it. In fact, when he stated that she must be the one to be truly interested because she brought it up first. Then her texts . . . that felt foolish. She was upfront asking him about his actions, and he totally bailed out. That's tiring.

There's so many girls after Feng Teng now, and I still feel like this show isn't going anywhere. Even after it's official that he is wooing her and that they've kissed! Stupid freeze kiss.

There are funny moments, but I keep hoping things will pick up.

Oh, and that horrible seaweed jacket Feng Teng wore to the party? Eew. Wardrobe department fail!
