Shan Shan’s family opens New Year gifts from Feng Teng, finding the first box they open to be full of radishes. While her aunt is gloating, Shan Shan’s mother attempts to come to the rescue, assuring her that radishes are very nutritious during the winter. But Shan Shan saves face when they open the second box, which, besides nutritional items, tea leaves, and ginseng, also contains high-end electronic products! Surely, Shan Shan’s aunt cannot mock Shan Shan any longer, and she smilingly accepts a gift from her. (Source: Viu)

Interesting episode.

Despite being apart right after they finally decide to try out dating, I think its brought they relationship to a great place. They're establishing where they stand and comfortably discovering each other.

Feng Teng is a distant guy, but it's great to see where he warms up for Shan Shan.

Li Shu's loss is sad and I was very nervous after she moves in with Feng Teng. However, I think the writer is handling it in a way that Zheng Qi will get to win her over. It broke my heart when he was coming out with the blanket and soup to find Feng Teng already comforting her.

I do like that Feng Teng is loyal. If this was another drama he'd be totally obsessed with Li Shu and leave his budding relationship with Shan Shan in the dust. Then misunderstanding would ensue. I like that while he's there for Li Shu, he knows who his girlfriend is.

The girl talk was interesting between both of her friends. I hope Liu Liu can escape before she gets stuck with that scum.
