While following Qingyao, Jingrui finds his brother-in-law and Zhuo Dingfeng about to assassinate Shen Zhui, and intercepts just in time. During the Lantern Festival, Jingrui, Yujin, and Mei Changsu go to Miaoyin Court and invite Gongyu to Jingrui's birthday party.
