The Coup Starts
The coup has begun and there is chaos everywhere in the city. The King and Queen then move to Gyungwoon Palace in order to protect themselves. Choi Won Shin in the meantime survives the attack and tries to gather the merchants so that they can save the King and Queen. But, to do that, he needs to get the commerce department’s official seal. When he and his daughter go to get the seal, Hasego Hanjo is there. While fighting, Choi Won Shin accidentally shoots his daughter and she died in his arms. The next day, King Gojong agrees to the Kim Ok Gyun’s terms and the coup is a success.
