Better episode...but

Two things really bothered me this episode. First, am I supposed to feel bad for the Prime Minister because he suddenly found his conscious after 20+ years. Sorry ,show, not happening. Then having Kwang Chul apologizing to Se Kyung. She's been pursuing him with zero encouragement all this time and yet she gets teary when he finally puts his foot down. I wish the writers would give her a purpose other than moping around.
