Cha Tae Hyun takes diverse passengers in his taxi in 'Your Personal Taxi'
New Chinese costume drama Echoes has announced Chen Zhe Yuan and Bai Lu as its leading cast.
Echoes is a television series that was registered for production by Dongyang Huanyu Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd. in July 2026.
In response to online claims that the series is adapted from an online novel of the same name — Yu Zheng, the producer and the founder of Bai Lu's former agency — denied it and emphasized that it is an original screenplay.
The series is written by screenwriter Ren Ya Nan. Set during the Wei and Jin period, the drama features an all-female core creative team, including a female director and a female screenwriter.
