Former CLC member and actress Kwon Eun Bin (Check in Hanyang, Duty after School)has announced that she has decided to bring her career in the entertainment industry to a close and pursue life as a regular citizen.

Hello, this is Kwon Eun Bin.
I sincerely apologize for causing concern to many people due to an unintended article that was published some time ago. I felt it was only right to personally inform everyone who has supported me over the years about how I've been doing and the decision I've made, which is why I decided to write this message.
During my approximately 10 years working in the entertainment industry, the overwhelming love and support from my fans brought me happiness at every moment, and I was sincerely grateful for it.
Throughout the long years of activities that began when I was still in my teens, as time passed, I naturally found myself spending more and more time reflecting on my past, present, and future. After much deliberation, I decided to live my life as an ordinary person.
Looking back on those years, I realized that, rather than being filled with affection and passion for my work, much of that time was spent struggling with feelings of emptiness and anxiety about my present and future. And instead of making an effort to overcome those negative emotions and grow, I regret that I spent those years merely avoiding them and seeking [temporary] relief.
For years, I was wasting my precious time on meaningless pursuits that brought no benefit to my life whatsoever, as well as on relationships that, in the end, amounted to nothing more than hollow shells devoid of any real substance.
I felt a deep sense of regret over the foolish version of myself I had been and the time I had wasted. Now, I have decided to leave behind all of those negative years and emotions, and instead devote my time to pursuing a better and happier future.
These days, I am spending my time filled with new and happy emotions more than ever before.
To everyone who reached out with sincere support and concern, I am sorry that I have been unable to respond to each of you individually. However, going forward, I will no longer be accepting any personal messages or questions. Instead, I will cherish the gratitude and kindness you have shown me.
As for the future, I plan to conclude all of my activities in the entertainment industry following the completion of the CLC group's overseas schedules that had already been arranged in advance. I sincerely thank you for all the support, and I wish you all happiness.
