We Are All Trying Here has unveiled the first stills of actress Go Youn Jung.
We Are All Trying Here follows the journey of Hwang Dong Man (Koo Kyo Hwan), who, being the only one whose life is not going well among a group of accomplished friends, is driven to anguish and madness by envy and jealousy. Employing "anxiety" as its key theme, the drama is expected to offer a "green light" to those who have come to a standstill at the warning signal of worthlessness.
The K-drama is penned by My Liberation Notes writer Park Hae Young, and helmed by Welcome to Samdal-ri director Cha Young Hoon; and stars Koo Kyo Hwan, Go Youn Jung, Oh Jung Se, Kang Mal Geum, and Park Hae Joon.
In the K-drama, Go Youn Jung plays Byeon Eun Ah, a producer at the film company Choi Film and a highly capable professional known in the industry as "The Axe". She earned the name because of her razor-sharp script reviews, which hit people like an axe. Despite her seemingly strong demeanor, she harbors anxiety and suffers from constant nosebleeds, piquing curiosity about her story.

The stills give a glimpse of Byeon Eun Ah. Her modest outfit realistically portrays the everyday life of a film producer, and her gaze, which seems dry and expressionless yet gleams sharply, captures not only the insight of the "Axe PD" but also the complicated feelings.

The production team shared, "Go Youn Jung is anchoring the drama by steadily portraying the character's multifaceted aspects," adding, "Her nuanced acting, which will convey the character's inner world with depth, will leave viewers with a lasting impression."
We Are All Trying Here is set to premiere on JTBC this April. More updates yet to come. Stay tuned!
