JTBC has unveiled its 2026 K-drama lineup.
South Korean broadcasting channel JTBC has unveiled its upcoming drama lineup, giving a glimpse of what awaits K-drama fans.
1. We Are All Trying Here
We Are All Trying Here follows the journey of aspiring director Hwang Dong Man (Koo Kyo Hwan), who, being the only one who hasn't debuted among a group of accomplished friends, is driven to anguish and madness by envy and jealousy. The story is centered on the struggles of him and others as they try to find peace.
The K-drama stars Koo Kyo Hwan, Go Youn Jung, Oh Jung Se, Kang Mal Geum, and Park Hae Joon.
Premiering April 18, and reported to stream on Netflix.
2. Suddenly Intern
Suddenly Intern follows Kang Yong Ho (Son Hyun Joo), chairman of a leading corporation, who, after an accident, finds himself as soccer player Hwang Joon Hyun (Lee Jun Young) and ends up living a second life, where he has to start over as a rookie employee at his own company.
Lee Jun Young, Son Hyun Joo, Lee Joo Myung, Jeon Hye Jin, and Jin Goo have been confirmed in the cast.
3. Apartment
Apartment tells the story of former gangster Hae Kang (Ji Sung), who runs for apartment association president to get hidden money within the complex, and together with the residents, works to root out corruption.
Ji Sung, Ha Yoon Kyung, Park Byung Eun, and Moon So Ri star as leads.
4. The Final Table
The Final Table follows Korean chefs from around the world as they gather for "The Table: K Chef 2026" competition to determine the best Korean chef.
Ahn Hyo Seop, Hong Hwa Yeon, Chang Ryul, and Jung Eugene have been confirmed for the cast.
5. Gold Digger
Gold Digger is a mystery drama about a successful middle-aged woman and the dangerously alluring young man who enters her life. The story follows the two as they doubt and misunderstand each other's true feelings.
Kim Hee Ae and Steve Noh star as leads. Kim Ji Eun and Shin Jae Ha also join in supporting roles.
6. The Sacred Jewel
The Sacred Jewel takes place in 1258 (Goryeo Dynasty), when defeat loomed after 30 years of war with the Mongols. The story follows the heroic struggle of an expedition unit that sets out in search of a sacred relic believed to protect the nation, as well as a princess who strives to save them.
Ahn Bo Hyun, Lee Sung Min, Claudia Kim, Ha Yoon Kyung, and Yoon Kyun Sang are starring.
