Kang Ha Neul expresses his thoughts on cyber wreckers at the K-movie Streaming's press conference.

Streaming follows Woo Sang (Kang Ha Neul), a popular online streamer, as he discovers a clue to an unsolved serial murder case and broadcasts his pursuit of the culprit in real-time.

Actor Kang Ha Neul, beloved for his versatility across genres unveils a never-before-seen side of himself in Streaming. His transformation, complete with tattoos and a manic aura, heightens anticipation for his bold new performance.

Regarding the growing issue of "cyber wreckers" (online content creators, often YouTubers or streamers, who exploit controversies, scandals, or tragedies for views and profit), Kang Ha Neul stated, "Rather than saying that my thoughts have changed after filming, I [would say that I] wanted to portray a person who engages in highly unethical behavior but justifies it in their own mind, borrowing the director's expression."

He continued, "So rather than simply saying he is a villain or a bad person, I wanted to express his character in that way. I found it interesting how my character continuously rationalizes his actions, telling himself things like, 'This is fine,' or 'I'm just giving people their right to know.' But in reality, it is undeniably a negative act."

He added, "I find it unfortunate [that this happens] even in my own profession. While there can be positive effects from being talked about by many people, there are also negative consequences that follow. Spreading good things has a positive meaning, but on the other hand, it's unfortunate when negative stories are spread to a large audience."

Streaming is set to hit theaters on March 21.
